This technology allows you to perform measurements with high accuracy in various areas of production. At present, the use of satellite technology in geodesy is limited at quarries in Vietnam and is mainly used to create a control network in the “Static” observation mode. The use of satellite positioning technology using reference stations allows you to simplify and improve the efficiency of geodetic surveys in quarries. However, Vietnam currently does not have its own network of base stations. It is shown that the sources of pollution of the regional environment form a complex technogenic system triggering the development of qualitatively new negative processes violating comfortable living conditions of the local population. The complexity and scientific uncertainty of environmental impacts caused the development of modern methods of analysis of environmental safety in the region. The purpose of experimental and theoretical study was to develop a rational complex of modeling procedures ensuring reliable forecast as a basis of efficient solution to manage regional environmental condition. Today's financial constraints and the geographical location of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) exclude the formation of transport infrastructure in the planned terms with the required quality without introducing innovative solutions. In this article, innovations are considered not as an end in themselves, but as a means of improving the efficiency of the road network. Several radiological surveys were used, during which Cs concentrations in the upper sea layer were measured for a year after the accident. Simulation of evolution of the caesium concentration field is performed taking into account atmospheric precipitation. A power function of time is proposed to describe the change in the radionuclide flux from the atmosphere. It was found that there is good compliance between observations and the results of calculations (the discrepancy is less than 30%) concerning the Black Sea Rim Current and the Western Cyclonic Gyre. The maximum differences occur in the areas of anticyclonic vortices. The Cs stock in the Black sea was estimated for the period from 1986 to 1991. The most common causes of cracking during drying, as well as measures to improve the crack resistance of manufactured products are presented in the article. The properties of the raw material are determined depending on the molding moisture content and molding pressure at drying temperature of 1050 ° C. The influence of the duration of drying on the burning properties of products with the content of ash and slag waste in the amount of 28% by weight, depending on the drying temperature is revealed. The dependence of the shrinkage value on the moisture level of the ceramic raw material is determined. Physic-mechanical and tribological characteristics of PTFE based polymer composite materials containing 1–10 wt.% CF+1 wt.% UPTFE have been studied. Simultaneous introduction of carbon fibers and UPTFE in PTFE causes the deformation-strength characteristics to remain at the level of those of the polymer matrix regardless of the CF content. Increased content of carbon fibers in UPTFE increases the stress during compression and decreases the PCM density. Wear resistance increases up to 310 fold, and the coefficient of friction of polymer composites decreases by 17–19% compared to that of the initial polymer. The results of the study of polymer composites by XRD analysis and scanning electron microscopy are presented. Introduction of fillers in PTFE changes the supramolecular structure, which is followed by an increased degree of crystallinity. The study of urban floras identifies directions, dynamics and nature of the anthropogenic transformation of phytobiota and is of interest due to biodiversity conservation and historical significance for understanding phlorogenesis. The purpose of our study is to identify features of the biomorphological structure of the flora of Grozny, reflecting the adaptive potential of its phytobiota. The object is to identify life forms of the vascular plants of Grozny. The work analyzes field data obtained during expeditionary studies of the local flora. The methodological basis is the classification of climamorph suggested by C. Raunkier and the linear system of life forms developed by V.N. Golubev. The modern flora of Grozny includes 737 species which belong to 392 genera, 92 families and 3 divisions of higher vascular plants. The results of the study on the biomorphological structure show the prevalence of hemicryptophytes (51.28%) and polycarpic herbs (52.1%) in the urban flora. There are a lot of plants forming rhizomes (95 species) which is typical of natural communities of middle latitudes. The flora is of mesophytic nature, retains zoning features. It is foreststeppe hemicryptophyte-terophytic and similar to the regional flora. There are no saprophytes and an insignificant share of hamefits. The basic composition of heat-resistant ceramsite concrete was used in the study. This composition included a ceramsite gravel of the Kizilyurt Ceramsite Plant as a large and small filler, as well as the composite binding composition of portland cement + impalpable ceramsite sand with the activation on a planetary mill Activator – 4M. The use of light heat-resistant concrete instead of single-piece refractory materials in kilns of various thermal units will allow decreasing the material consumption by 30-40% and reducing heat losses by 25-35%. [8]. The use of local construction materials allows increasing the efficiency of concrete in comparison with imported refractory materials. The composition of light heatresistant concrete with large and small fillers from ceramsite gravel of the Kizilyurt Ceramsite Plant and the activated composite binding agent based on the portland cement of the Buynaksk Cement Plant with impalpable ceramsite sand is developed for the study. The activation of a composite binding agent effectively increases the reaction capacity of a binding agent and reduces the water cement ratio, which improves the performance of concrete [1, 2, 10] due to the reduction of chemically unbound water in concrete. We believe that the preheating of a mixture prior to drying at a temperature of 105°C effectively affects the performance of concrete and reduces its destruction due to the presence of chemically unbound water. This reduces the number of microcracks in the structure of a concrete due to intensified hydration of the activated composite binding agent. The optimum mode of preheating and its influence on thermomechanical characteristics of concrete is defined. Further, technical solutions for this task are developed, the choice of a specific technical solution is justified on the basis of the customer’s technical capabilities, and the calculation of geometry of elements of the concentrator on the basis of creation of the course of parallel rays falling at angles from 20 up to 90 is given. In conclusion, the efficiency of the concentrator on the basis of an increase in the effective area of the light capture is calculated; the calculation of the error of the obtained results is made. From the performed constructions and calculations, it follows that for direct solar radiation (20-45), the average increase in the values of the effective working area of the light capture was 1.518 times or 51.8%.
