The following varieties were studied: Svetlaya, Okskaya, Magev, M-134 and M-52. The highest protein content was observed in M-134. According to the mineral composition, no differences were found between varieties. However, in dry years, the phosphorus content in soybean seeds decreases. The specific weight of the easily soluble soybean seed protein fractions increased under the conditions which are favorable for symbiosis. The share of alkali-soluble fraction of protein increases under conditions which are not favorable for symbiosis. Under these conditions, the content of trypsin inhibitors also increases. The prevalence of the specific group of acidic and heterocyclic amino acids was observed. The amino acid composition of protein, depending on the matricular quality of seeds, slightly differed by the varieties, although the seed protein of the upper nodes was more saturated with essential amino acids than the lower ones. There were no significant differences in the amino acid composition of seed protein. However, there was an increase in the amount of essential amino acids in two-seed and three-seed beans as compared with oneand four-seed ones. In general, the varieties of a northern ecotype are characterized by a high content of essential amino acids, a higher concentration of palmitic acid, B vitamins, and a low amount of trypsin inhibitors.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I. The key factor of these regions development as well as their waterconsuming metallurgical field is water resources which are not uniform on this area. The comparison of water supplies allowed drawing a conclusion that Orenburg region is the most waterdeficit region of all the nearby ones. It is shown that most metallurgical enterprises are near the big rivers. The interrelation has been determined between the density of the enterprises and a number of water resources. Water consumption and other parameters of some enterprises have been calculated. It has been determined that it is necessary to create a water reservoir in the Orenburg region for the development of the metallurgical field during a low-water season.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I. The morphological features of the mineral characteristic of metamorphic and granitoid rocks are established. Morphotypes corresponding to the different physicochemical conditions of their formation and transformation of the host rocks have been identified. Geochronological data are obtained for individual morphotypes of zircons. Geochemical characteristics are established and a comparative analysis of the distribution of individual scattered elements in zircons is conducted, including an analysis of the Th / U ratio in zircons of polymetamorphic complexes and granitoids.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I. The most typical of them is spring-summer floods that cause flooding of vast territories, facilities and infrastructure, thus causing enormous damage to the economy; it determines relevance of developing and perfecting flood prediction methods to reduce the hazard level and possible damage. This research presents application of multiparametric models and neuron networks for development of a predictive model that allows forecasting the spring flooding hazard from statistical data accumulated through 44 years of observation and regressive modeling. The proposed methods allow evaluating the spring flood water levels as a function of various factors (thickness of ice, temperature, etc.) with sufficient accuracy, as confirmed with the results of predicting maximum water levels for two segments of the Lena River. Selection of the river course segments was determined by nearby location of potentially hazardous facilities whose flooding may cause significant property loss. Factors influencing spring flood levels have been determined.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I. Its main objects are the vegetation of a natural biotope, affected land areas and the vegetation of transformed affected territories in the area of Udachninskiy Mining and Processing Plant. The research describes the original state of vegetation on the territory – typical zonal sparse larch forests. Then the degrees of vegetation transformation are shown. Intensive exploitation of natural resources has led to the destruction of natural landscapes on a vast territory. The main types of land cover disruptions as a result of Udachninskiy Mining and Processing Plant activities are land embankments, excavations, wet territories. According to the intensity of impact all territories are differentiated into micro-, mesoand macro-anthropogenic plots. The transformation of vegetation cover happens on all levels of impact. The most profound transformation was found on macroanthropogenic plots where environment recovery is not possible in a foreseeable future. Meso-anthropogenic impact leads to the transformation on population and ecosystem levels resulting in changes of structure and content of plant communities. Successions on micro-anthropogenic plots follow the way towards the reconstruction of original zonal types of vegetation. It is shown that damaged landscapes have a sharp contrast with natural landscapes in terms of flora. The natural flora of higher vascular plants in the area of Udachninskiy Mining and Processing Plant accounts for 287 species from 155 genera of 62 families. The flora of damaged territories accounts for 91 species, from 71 genera of 23 families. It constitutes only 32.71% of the list of the natural flora in the area of Udachninskiy Mining and Processing Plant. The research highlights the need for scientific analysis and reclamation works on affected lands of Udachninskiy Mining and Processing Plant.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I.
