It is shown that the sources of pollution of the regional environment form a complex technogenic system triggering the development of qualitatively new negative processes violating comfortable living conditions of the local population. The complexity and scientific uncertainty of environmental impacts caused the development of modern methods of analysis of environmental safety in the region. The purpose of experimental and theoretical study was to develop a rational complex of modeling procedures ensuring reliable forecast as a basis of efficient solution to manage regional environmental condition.
