Erofeevskaya","doi":"10.2991/ISEES-19.2019.15","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/ISEES-19.2019.15","url":null,"abstract":"The study of soil samples and bottom sediments from the Arctic region of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in the coastal zone of the East Siberian Sea (Nizhnekolymsky region) was conducted. The yield of chloroform extracts and the nature of the IR spectra were used to evaluate the hydrocarbon composition of the samples taken. The localized areas with high levels of pollution were identified. All of them were located within the territories of man-made objects. The remaining territories correspond to the background indicators or have insignificant traces of pollution. Following the results of microbiological studies the degree of enrichment with microorganisms of studied soil and bottom sediment samples belong to the category of poorly enriched. It was possible to identify hydrocarbon oxidizing microorganisms, which differ only by their poor qualitative and quantitative composition in some oil-contaminated samples. The low activity of hydrocarbon oxidizing microflora against poor soil enrichment with microorganisms indicates the sluggishly ongoing self-healing processes of soils of the Arctic region.","PeriodicalId":103378,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Symposium \"Engineering and Earth Sciences: Applied and Fundamental Research\" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of H.I. A variety of trails and recreational facilities provide an opportunity to have good rest both for professionals and beginners. Currently, the JSC Resorts of the North Caucasus is designing the objects of the north-oriented slope of the Veduchi All-Season Tourist and Recreational Complex. As part of the first phase of the project (until 2022), three cable cars, a gondola and two chairlifts, and 8 km of ski slopes will be built. Due to the intensive development of the ski resort, the current state of the environment was monitored to ensure the safety of tourists. Veduchi is the resort of the future. To conduct experimental studies, a new technique has been developed, which allows leveling the influence of the sedimentation factor on the magnitude of the surface tension. A distinctive feature of the proposed technique is that these methods of measuring surface tension are used for the first time. In this method the process of sedimentation is multidirectional relative to the surface. The results obtained allowed us to determine that the resulting coagulation structures have a significant influence on the nature of changes in the surface tension of bentonite aqueous suspensions. The article presents the method for assessing bending stiffness by dynamic testing using an example of the experienced metal frame. The source of forced oscillations during dynamic tests was a modal vibration exciter in the form of a mechanical oscillator with stepwise frequency control. The results of determining the natural frequencies of the frame, the frequency of forced oscillations of the exciter and logarithmic damping decrement are shown. Dynamic force and dynamic coefficient were calculated. Stiffness evaluation of the frame elements was carried out in comparison with its theoretical value specified in the finite element model. The model was compiled in the LIRA-SAPR design software 2013. For the frame elements, the curvature of a bend shape was calculated from experimental and model data. The experimental stiffness of elements on average was 8.81% less than the theoretical. Due to the nonlinearity and trigonometricity of the equations obtained, they are solved numerically using a specially compiled computer program. The goal is to find how the minimum time of cargo movement from the warehouse to the installation site changes as the distance between them increases. It is necessary to find out the dependence (with minimum time of cargo movement) of the distance from the tower crane stand to the shortest line between the warehouse and the installation site on the speed ratio of the crane truck and the rotation of the crane boom. It is interesting to define how the minimum time of cargo movement varies depending on the speed ratio and crane boom. And finally we should know what the dependence minimum time / distance is between the parking of the tower crane and the warehouse. The results show that the first step is to minimize the distance between the warehouse and the installation site. The second conclusion relates to the mutual arrangement of the crane, the warehouse and the place of installation. It is necessary that they are isosceles, and even an equilateral triangle is better. Finally, there is the most appropriate relation of the selected geometry between the speeds of the trolley and the boom. One of the measures to solve this problem is land remediation. New techniques of reducing economic costs are required. A program of a mathematical model has been developed with this objective. The mentioned program bases on the main hydrophysical characteristics of soils. The algorithm for calculating a computer model uses the properties of chernozem and light gray forest bleached soil. The calculation model is based on the Voronin regression equations. The model presented in the method is characterized by visualization, clarity and ease of use. The analysis of the main hydrophysical characteristics obtained due to this method enables to make a conclusion. Water retention curves characterize the pore space which water saturation depends on. An induction heating method for producing SiC monocrystals at 2000-25000С was developed. On the basis of the full-scale model of this method, a patented unit for producing perfect SiC monocrystals was designed [1].
