Method:Two cases of GLNH confirmed by surgery and pathology were presented and relevant literatures were reviewed, its aetiology, clinical presentation, pathology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were reviewed. Result: GLNH is a heterogeneous, uncommon lymphoproliferative benign disorder. GLNH is classified into hyaline-vascular (HV) and plasma-cell (PC) subtypes by histomorphologic criteria. The HV GLNH is commonly mediastinal lesion. The PC GLNH often involves mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Conclusion: GLNH is rare.
