摘要

目的:探讨十二指肠旁疝的病因、发展及治疗方法，提高对十二指肠旁疝的诊治水平。方法:对1982 ~ 1998年收治的12例十二指肠旁疝进行分析。找出其发展规律及治疗方法。结果:10例十二指肠旁疝急诊手术均发现完全肠梗阻。对2例十二指肠旁疝进行延期检查，发现不完全肠梗阻。远期疗效4例复杂粘连性肠梗阻与术前危重有关。结论:十二指肠旁疝术前诊断困难。一旦怀疑，应尽早开腹探查，以提高疗效。
