摘要

目的:探讨结直肠癌合并肝转移的诊断特点及治疗方法。方法:对1989年10月~ 1997年10月收治的48例结直肠癌肝转移患者进行回顾性分析。结果:超声、CT诊断准确率分别为18.2%、53.3%。48例患者中，10例行肝切除术，10例注射乙醇转移，8例经门静脉同步化疗，8例行x线透视，12例放弃治疗。结论:结直肠癌肝转移术前诊断困难，超声及术中发现的准确性是诊断结直肠癌肝转移的可靠方法。肝切除术是治疗结直肠癌肝转移的首选方法，其他治疗方法有乙醇注射、门静脉同步化疗、介入放疗等。
