Sumartini","doi":"10.37253/jcep.v3i1.1238","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37253/jcep.v3i1.1238","url":null,"abstract":"Pada penelitian ini Meisterstadt Batam merencanakan limpasan air hujan dari luar kawasan tidak akan masuk ke dalam kawasan, sehingga daerah tangkapan air yang direncanakan pada awalnya tetap seluas 4,7 Ha seperti perencanaan awal. Berdasarkan luas daerah tangkapan air, perencanaan drainase menggunakan debit banjir 5 tahun. Analisis curah hujan menggunakan data curah hujan selama 10 tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2009 - 2019 yang bersumber dari satu stasiun hujan yaitu Stasiun Meteorologi Hang Nadim. Ada 3 jenis metode yang biasa digunakan dalam menghitung curah hujan rata-rata untuk pembangunan infrastruktur drainase, yaitu menghitung rata-ra aljabar, poligon thiessen, dan isohyet. Untuk proyek Pollux Meisterstadt Batam menggunakan metode rata-rata aljabar karena metode ini menjumlahkan semua hasil tingkat curah hujan pada semua stasiun dan membaginya dengan jumlah stasiun yang ada, maka perhitungan curah hujan sangat berpengaruh pada perencanaan sistem drainase karena itu dapat menentukan kapasitas air maksimum dari drainase. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh debit curah hujan yang sesuai tata letak drainase adalah 0,01 m³ / detik. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan dimensi saluran yang diperlukan untuk Q5 adalah B = 0,40 m, h = 0,20, A = 0,08 m², P = 0,80 m, R = 0,10 m, v = 0,48 m/detik. Maka, Q = 0,04 m³/s, dengan tinggi jagaan 0,20 m. In progress, the pioneer route changed into commercial route, signed by initiation commercial company of Wings Air in August 2018. However, in August 2019, the Wings Air Company did not offer the route to the public. Finally, now, there is no flight service provided to the route, which is detrimental to people who need air transportation on that route. For the reason, it is needed to conduct research to express significance behind the closing event of the flight route. This study aimed to analyze the process of Batam-Rengat route progress from 2018 to 2019 and identify factors that affecting the closure of the Batam-Rengat flight route in 2019. Method used in this study was qualitative study with case study. Information was chosen according to specific criteria and data were collected by in-depth interview and secondary data request to relevant institutions/organizations. Hereinafter, interview data were reduced and classified according to specific themes. Furthermore, primary and secondary data were compiled into a unit to make description of activity event of Batam-Rengat route flight from 2018 to 2019. Times series analysis was used to find description of route progress process from the pioneer flight to commercial flight, and factors analysis was used to identify the factors affecting the route closure. The results of time series analysis indicate that the pioneer flight operated during six months from February 2018 to July 2018; then, along with the commercial flight for five months from August 2018 to December 2018. From January 2019 to June 2019, there was only one flight service, namely, commercial flight by the Wings Air. The results of factor analysis indicate the closure of the Batam-Rengat commercial route is influenced by passenger demand, flight schedules, airplane fares, and demand patterns. Letjen Suprapto, Jl. Ahmad Yani dan Jl. S Parman. Perlu diadakan evaluasi simpang untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang Panbil tersebut, dengan tujuan agar simpang Panbil dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa adanya hambatan. Metode penyelesainnya dengan menghitung arus lalu lintas, waktu siklus, arus jenuh, simpang bersinyal. Proses yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menggumpulkan data dari hasil survey dan data dari instansi terkait. Penulis juga menggunakan acuan dari (MKJI 1997) untuk perhitungan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan. Hasil yang didapat dari evaluasi Simpang Panbil menunjukkan bahwa arus lalu lintas jam puncak Simpang Panbil terjadi pada hari senin pukul 16.00 – 17.00 WIB. Arus lalu intas (Qtotal) = 6915,5 smp/jam. Pengaturan Simpang Panbil diatur oleh 3 fase dengan siklus (c) = 321 detik. Manajemen lalu lintas Simpang Panbil juga kurang maksimal, karena nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) salah satu lengan simpang yaitu Fase 1= 0,66 [hampir mendekati kondisi jenuh (DS > 0,75], Fase 2 DS = 0,99, Fase 3 DS = 0,41 dapat dinyatakan masih dalam kondisi arus stabil. Therefore, it is mandatory that every product or service meet the good standards and achieved through the fast fulfillment in terms of time and low costs. The study using Value Engineering a good solution because it aims a structured and creative problem solving effort to achieve cost efficiency in the construction of Batu Batam Variety Restaurant or in construction building in general. Value Engineering is carried out in several stages such as the information stage, the creative stage, the development stage and the presentation and proposal stages. By using the analysis of FAST Diagram and Pareto Diagrams, the two jobs that will be analyzed are sub-structure work and yard pavement work. The alternative solution chosen is to replace the bore pile foundation with the piling foundation and use asphalt as the main material for the pavement. The efficiency cost that could be obtained in the sub-structure work is Rp. 230,979,007.90,- or 19.4 % of the cost of the work reviewed while from the total overall project cost is 1.6 % and the savings in infrastructure work costs of Rp. Rp. 328,004,100,- or 12.8% of the cost of work reviewed and 2.14% of the total overall project cost. Ditambah program pembangunan dari pemerintah pada tahun belakangan ini yang meningkat drastis. Pembangunan tersebut membutuhkan batako untuk pemasangan dinding rumah maupun dinding pagar dan seiring dengan permintaan batako yang meningkat, tentu perlu adanya inovasi batako. Penambahan zat karbon pada pembuatan batako sebagai penambah material pasir dijadikan inovasi bahan tambahan. Maka diperlukan penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh zat karbon pada kuat tekan pada batako yang sesuai pada SNI 03-0349-1989 tentang bata beton untuk pasangan dinding. Pencampuran zat karbon dalam pembuatan batako adalah 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% dari berat pasir yang diperlukan, campuran semen yang digunakan: 25%: 70%:5% yang mengacu pada Pedoman Teknis yang dikeluarkan oleh Departement Pekerjaan Umum tahun 1986. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dan bentuk cetakan Kubus berukuran 0,15 x 0,15 x 0,15m, sebanyak 12 buah untuk pengujian kuat tekan yang sudah dicampur dengan penambahan zat karbon. Pada umur 7 hari dilakukan pengujian sesuai syarat yang ditentukan dan kuat tekan batako harus memenuhi persyaratan mutu sesuai dengan SNI-03-0349-1989. Hasil uji kuat tekan Batako dilakukan memperoleh hasil kuat tekan batako normal sebesar 259,783 kg/cm2. Batako dengan campuran 5% mendapatkan hasil sebesar 352,893 kg/cm2. Campuran serbuk karbon aktif dengan 10% mendapatkan hasil kuat tekan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 393,293 kg/cm2. Maka dengan penambahan serbuk karbon sebesar 10% sebagai penambah agregat halus (pasir) merupakan pilihan yang tepat. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi ojek online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi dan perilaku sehingga dapat diketahui faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan ojek online di masa pandemi COVID-19. Pengambilan data menggunakan formulir online dengan metode convenience sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Adanya permintaan perjalanan udara yang meningkat setiap tahunnya diharapkan juga selaras dengan kinerja pada fasilitas sisi udara Bandar Udara tersebut sehingga dapat melayani peningkatan permintaan yang terjadi, khususnya pada apron. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perkerasan kaku apron Bandara Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu serta memperoleh hasil perhitungan konstruksi perkerasan apron yang direncanakan agar mampu melayani lalu lintas pesawat sesuai dengan pertumbuhan lalu lintas pesawat yang direncanakan dengan menggunakan pesawat tipe Boeing 737-900ER sebagai pesawat rencana. Evaluasi perkerasan kaku apron dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) dengan pesawat Boeing 737-900 ER sebagai pesawat rencana. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tebal perkerasan kaku untuk kondisi eksisting menggunakan pesawat rencana tipe Boeing 737-900 ER diperoleh tebal slab beton sebesar 36 cm dan subbase sebesar 15 cm, sedangkan tebal perkerasan untuk 20 tahun mendatang diperoleh tebal slab beton sebesar 41 cm dan subbase 15 cm. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan pada tebal slab beton sebesar 5 cm sehingga dapat memikul beban lalu lintas pesawat untuk 20 tahun mendatang. The estimated work plan for this project is 52 weeks and the realization of this project is 52 weeks. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pembayaran kedua moda ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach and secondary data from the Batam port office and the Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Office. The results of this research are there are some challenges from the aspects of Geography, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Transportation costs and time, Trade movement requirements, Shipping dependability, Transport and trade regulations. Poor logistics performance is a major obstacle to trade growth in most cities in Indonesia.
