The development of children’s creativity is based on the ideas of freely upbringing. Because the creativity is a free activity aimed at creating your own original product. It summarizes the sensual, value, moral, aesthetic, cognitive, labor life experience of the child, which is reflected in the variety of visual art activities. As the result of the experiment control stage, we’ve found that the senior preschoolers’ creativity level development on the principles of freely choice of visual art tasks may be improved by the appropriate pedagogical conditions creation. They are: to provide classes with a variety of artistic materials for different practices: painting, graphic, plastic arts application, modelling, etc.; to choose art objects; to equip a place for art activities. The problem of «freely upbringing» is not exhaustive. The analysis of the works of prominent representatives of Soviet science of the last century shows that conceptual ideas, methodological approaches of this period do not lose value in terms of changes taking place today in the national education. Accumulation and extrapolation of the theoretical heritage of the past in modern times will provide significant capital for the development of the theory and practice of inclusive education, in particular in elementary school. Through this research, we can deeply understand, analyze the technologies and methods of inclusive education. Conclusion. {"title":"THE INFLUENCE OF MULTICULTURALISM ON FORMING PERSONAL POTENTIAL OF TEACHING STAFF IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIX CENTURY","authors":"M. The author investigates the multidimensionality of the main directions and forms of work of education and science representatives of the historical period under the study. Methods. The research tools for the study were chronological and content, incremental, historical, pedagogical and comparative methods. Results. The available historical facts showed that even the abolition of serfdom in the beginning of 1860s did not bring the desired socio-cultural relief, and became another \"talisman\" to overcome the regional dispersion of the intelligentsia. The essence of such socio-political interplay can be explained, first of all, by the fact that the imperial machine focused on the development of productive forces during the reform, which had no relation to the continuous raising of the national-patriotic spirit, which was already difficult to stop by the declarative existing ideology. The insurmountable desire of the scientific and educational intelligentsia to overcome the excessive socio-cultural oppression of the operating apparatus, through the development of a network of educational measures throughout the territory, rooted in the phenomenal traditions of enlightenment, which included the transboundary transfer of what was wise and what was good to the fertile educational ground of different countries of the world. Originality. The use of the variety of methodological tools allowed noting that the activities of national pedagogical staff updated the expansion of dissemination trajectory of educational ideas in the pro-Ukrainian territory, which became a peculiar foundation for building a graduate system of vocational education. Conclusion. The results of the study showed that, in the regional conditions, representatives of the national intelligentsia worked on the development of education, which finally gave an impetus to the restoration of Ukraine's independence in the following period. The course program was full of professional orientation material. The students performed individual tasks. The results were recorded on the electronic media (electronic portfolio of the course). To assess the level of mastering professional orientation competence, a complex test-questionnaire was used, the questions of which were related to motivation and desire to master the professional orientation competence from the standpoint of its three aspects, to understand its importance for the successful work of the teacher, test questions to identify the level of knowledge of professional orientation work. The operational and activity component of professional orientation competence was evaluated on the basis of analysis of the completed portfolio. In the experimental check, the full-time second year students of various pedagogical specialties took part. Experimental sample was 105 persons, control one − 116. The analysis of the data obtained suggests that the developed technology positively influences on future teachers’ professional orientation competence forming. In the experimental group, in comparison with the control group, the number of students with the initial level of the motivational and valuable component decreased by 5.9 %, of the cognitive one – by 13.1 %, of the operational and activity one – by 8 %, of the estimated-reflexive one − by 6.9 %. the unity of aspects: activity Conclusion.
