The development of children’s creativity is based on the ideas of freely upbringing. Because the creativity is a free activity aimed at creating your own original product. It summarizes the sensual, value, moral, aesthetic, cognitive, labor life experience of the child, which is reflected in the variety of visual art activities. As the result of the experiment control stage, we’ve found that the senior preschoolers’ creativity level development on the principles of freely choice of visual art tasks may be improved by the appropriate pedagogical conditions creation. They are: to provide classes with a variety of artistic materials for different practices: painting, graphic, plastic arts application, modelling, etc.; to choose art objects; to equip a place for art activities. The problem of «freely upbringing» is not exhaustive.
