La debilidad institucional y la falta de recursos para operar políticas públicas con eficiencia agravan la situación. A todo ello se suman las consecuencias provocadas por los desencuentros que llevaron al golpe de Estado de 2009, la consolidación de los grupos del crimen organizado y el imparable aumento de la violencia homicida en el país. Este trabajo relaciona estas variables. Honduras se encuentra muy lejos de consolidar una democracia que vaya más allá del proceso electoral. Sin acuerdos negociados entre las diferentes fuerzas es difícil gestionar una crisis tan grave.</p></div><div><p>Political crisis in Honduras responds to different aspects. Elite's authoritarism and local caciquism; lack of understanding of the Armed Forces role in democracy, including the relation with political actors, and its adequate space in the administration; institutional weakness; lack of resources to operate public policies are important issues to consider. It is necessary also to consider the political crisis that in 2009 was motivated by the clashes of the political elites, the consolidation of organize crime and the dramatic grown of murders in the country. This article combines these variables and has a strong believe that it is mandatory to achieve agreements between political forces. Only then could be managed the crisis in the country. El objetivo del estudio es evidenciar los puntos comunes y las diferencias en la manera como se representa en el texto literario la experiencia del exilio, siguiendo dos parámetros esenciales para entender esta dinámica: la representación de la patria y reconfiguración identitaria que impone el exilio.</p></div><div><p>This article addresses the issue of the exile writing starting from the comparative study of three short-stories from Guatemalan writers published between 1962 and 2011: “Los exiliados” by Mario Monteforte Toledo, “Ningún lugar sagrado” by Rodrigo Rey Rosa and “Mañana nunca lo hablamos” by Eduardo Halfon. Más allá de pensar en un transnacionalismo, se enfatiza el proceso de territorialización que los migrantes y no migrantes realizan en lugares –tiempos precisos–, como una forma de crear un patrimonio identitario geográfico otorgado por el valor simbólico del territorio. Así es como sustento la importancia que posee el ámbito territorial a nivel socio-cultural y espacial en la migración.</p></div><div><p>This paper presents a theoretical and analytical approach to the accuracy of social scale related to concepts of belonging, identification and appropriation of territory by subjects in studies of international migration. Beyond thinking in Transnationalism, my arguments emphasize the process of territorialization realized by migrants and non-migrants in a precise time-space, thereby creating a heritage of geographical identity, instilled in the symbolic value of territory. Dada la importancia que el autor confiere a la vivencia como inspiración poética, se presenta el acopio de noticias sobre su experiencia como soldado en las trincheras. Pero la lectura del poemario deslinda el aspecto testimonial de la elaboración poética: intenta demostrar que, paralelo a la narración cronológica de hechos de guerra, puede identificarse un “segundo argumento” que expone, desde una perspectiva mítica, la paulatina transformación que ocurre en la conciencia del sujeto lírico a medida que asume la personalidad del soldado.</p></div><div><p>This paper analyzes the vision of the Great War that the book of poems, The Unknown Soldier (1922), by Salomon de la Selva expresses. Considering that the author gives importance to the experience as poetic inspiration, I present some information about the author's experience as soldier in the trenches.
