(1)ラットの成長,飼料摂取量,組織の亜鉛含量および見かけ亜鉛吸収量へのCWPS単独投与の影響は認められなかった. (2) 1%フィチン酸はラットの成長および飼料摂取量の低下を誘起するとともに血清,大腿骨,および腎臓の亜鉛含量の減少をひき起こしたが, CWPSの同時投与はこのフィチン酸の影響を抑制した. (3)また, CWPSの同時投与はフィチン酸投与による糞中への亜鉛排泄量の増加および見かけの亜鉛吸収量の阻害効果を抑制し亜鉛の栄養状態を改善した.
