The results of this study indicate that participation in the TeluRubiah Iklim Village has gone very well. To maintain the existence of FKPMTR there are motivations that belong to them. One of his motivations was to obtain material at FKPMTR. This can happen because they get CSR funds from the government and companies to carry out their activities. The driving factor for tourism in the TelukRubiah IklimVillage is the enthusiasm and desire of FKPMTR members to participate in planning the development of a tourist village. There are also economic factors that influence them to participate due to their economic situation which can be considered less. Besides that, it turns out that there are still factors inhibiting FKPMTR in participating, such as the low awareness of some FKPMTR members for tourism development in TelukRubiah. \u0000  \u0000Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi organisasi Forum Komunikasi Pemuda dan Masyarakat Teluk Rubiah (FKPMTR) dalam pengembangan desa wisata di Teluk Rubiah Kabupaten Muntok serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi di Kampung Iklim Teluk Rubiah sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi FKPMTR ada motivasi yang dimiliki oleh mereka. Salah satu motivasinya adalah untuk mendapatkan materi di FKPMTR. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena mereka mendapatkan dana CSR dari pemerintah dan perusahaan untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya. Faktor pendorong pariwisata di Kampung Iklim Teluk Rubiah adalah semangat dan keinginan anggota FKPMTR untuk ikut serta merencanakan pengembangan desa wisata. Ada juga faktor ekonomi yang mempengaruhi mereka untuk berpartisipasi dikarenakan keadaan ekonomi mereka yang bisa dibilang kurang. The aims of this study were (1) to examine the influence of leadership on employee performance, (2) to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. New Cakti Purworejo and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software tools. One example of traditional medicine method is bejampik treatment. Bejampik is closely related to the spirituality of people who adhere to islam in Bangka Belitung. The aims of this study were: 1) Finding out the social factors and effects resulting from the use of bejampik traditional medicine in a sustainable manner; and 2) Identifying and analyzing forms of community social action using bejampik traditional medicine. This research was conducted in Kemuja Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency in 2022 using a descriptive qualitative research method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data collected through semi- structured interview, observation, and documentation from 8 users of bejampik treatment service with several criteria. The data was analyzed using data analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Earnings quality is very important for investors and is the center of attention for users of financial statements, because it will help them reduce information risk. Investors will tend to calculate information risk by conducting analysis so that it does not contain a large risk of loss. Investors can know that there is a poor allocation of resources in companies with low earnings quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment opportunity set, earnings persistence and accounting conservatism on earnings quality in food and beverage companies listed in ISSI in 2018-2021 with voluntary disclosure as an intervening variable. This research is classified as a quantitative research with a population of 25 food and beverage companies registered at ISSI. The research sample was determined by purposive method with certain criteria so that the sample used was 18 companies. so that 72 data were obtained from the sample in the 2018-2021 observation period. the type of data used is secondary data. to test the intervening variables used path analysis method. The research results show that the investment opportunity set, earnings persistence and accounting conservatism and voluntary disclosure have a negative effect on earnings quality. the variables ios and conservatism have a negative and significant effect on earnings quality, while the earnings persistence variable has a positive effect on quality. Under the background of comprehensively governing the country according to law, learning from excellent traditional legal thoughts and culture is a critical way to construct a creative rule of law. Shen Jiaben oversaw the ten years of legislation modification towards the conclusion of the Qing Dynasty, which lasted the entirety of modern China. He transformed traditional Chinese law into a Western-compatible contemporary legal framework, closely related to his excellent legal thoughts. Specifically, Shen Jiaben pushed for preserving human rights in the research and creation of the legal system in contemporary China. His reasoning was based on the actual situations of modern countries, which is quite pioneering. Focusing on the social reality at that time, Shen Jiaben’s legal thought of human rights doctrine criticized and inherited the traditional Chinese legal thought of “benevolent government” while fully absorbing the essence of foreign legal culture of human rights doctrine and promoting the gradual reform of the modern legal system. The population in this study was 2,231student the Faculty of Economics and Business and 100 as a sample by distributing questionnaires. This research is quantitative research with a nonprobability sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research uses variable free, namely Accounting Information Systems and Online Shopping, and variable bound, namely Impulsive Buying. This study aims to determine the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Unjani. This research utilizes a quantitative survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample size consists of 100 active students from FEB, Unjani. The results of the statistical analysis indicate that the system quality variable produces a t-value < t-table and a Sig-value > α. On the other hand, the information quality variable produces a t-value > t-table and a Sig-value < α. The results of the F-test show that the calculated F-value is greater than the tabulated F-value, and the significance level (p-value) is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially, system quality does not have an influence on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at FEB, Unjani, while information quality does have an influence on user satisfaction with the Gojek application among students at FEB, Unjani. During the Covid-19 pandemic, people’s anticipation for heroes doubles and their heroism may be reshaped by the pandemic. This paper attempts to investigate the perceived heroism of Chinese higher education students(n=847) in the post-pandemic era by means of the online questionnaire. Firstly, we explore the main characteristics of heroes worshipped by Chinese higher education students, which are summarized as diversified, epoch-making and civilian. Then we investigate the functions of heroes, which are categorized as enhancing, moral modeling and protecting. Finally, we analyze the five factors (intrinsic attraction, social reinforcement, education, family background and publicity) that may predict students’ heroism worship. As the regression analysis reveals, the five factors have significantly positive influences on higher education students’ perceptions of heroism and the weights of intrinsic attraction, social reinforcement, publicity, family background and education are 0.364, 0.316, 0.227, 0.190 and 0.156 respectively. Those five elements incorporated in Intercultural Communication Competence Scale (ICCS), developed by Chen & Starosta (2000), are interaction engagement, respect for cultural differences, interaction confidence, interaction enjoyment and interaction attentiveness.
