Mahmoud Sabbagh, the writer and director of the Netflix film Amra and the Second Marriage, has portrayed Saudi women in various ways. His work was recognized with the Best Film award at the Cinematic Festival of Film Across Three Continents in Milan. The current study examines female stereotypes as portrayed in this film, employing a mixed-method approach of quantitative content analysis and qualitative thematic analysis. The study’s conceptual framework draws on representation theory and feminist theory to explore the depiction of female stereotypes in this digital Saudi film. A total of 20 females were recruited in this study from the online film. The findings revealed that Amra and the Second Marriage represented twenty Saudi female characters, with half of them being mature adults. Approximately 40% of these characters were portrayed as modern, and around 35% were depicted as belonging to the upper class. Less than half of the characters were shown without wearing the hijab. The film also depicted several stereotypes of Saudi women as weak and sacrificial, reinforcing negative stereotypes about Saudi culture as traditional and masculine. Furthermore, the movie showcased both ‘religious’ and ‘gossip’ stereotypes that mirror aspects of Saudi culture. In comparison with other demographic groups, young individuals more often face various challenges. These include greater vulnerability in the labor market, dissatisfaction with their employment status, notable structural disparities in employment opportunities, and inadequate effectiveness of policy support in employment. This article focuses on the current employment difficulties faced by college students and other young individuals in China. Drawing insights from official data, survey data, and platform monitoring data, the analysis points out notable shifts in youth employment. These new changes encompass a rise in employment within state-owned enterprises and an increase in the proportion of flexible employment. The youth are now facing new challenges which involve the coexistence of both periodic unemployment and structural unemployment, as well as high education and high unemployment. Agroforestry has been practised in the Gunung Arjuna Reserve Forest, which has been managed by Perhutani since the 1970s. However, the absence of effective oversight and guidance has hindered substantial socioeconomic progress. In 2016, the management of 544.74 hectares of this forest was taken over by Universitas Brawijaya (UBF). This study focused on the Karangploso sub-district, specifically within the Tawangargo, Donowarih, and Ngenep villages under UBF's management. The study aimed to assess the impact of the transition from Perhutani's management to UBF's current administration of the Gunung Arjuna Reserve Forest. It did so by (i) analyzing factors influencing the total area of cultivated land in the tumpangsari-agroforestry system and (ii) evaluating the socioeconomic consequences of this management shift. A quantitative approach and convenience sampling technique were employed, selecting respondents based on accessibility and proximity to the researcher on-site. The results indicated that 34% of respondents cultivated crops on land areas ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 hectares. The regression analysis demonstrated a strong relationship (R2 = 0.847) between factors such as work duration, plant diversity, education level, income, and the number of family members engaged in farming and the total cultivated land area. The study also found that the transition from Perhutani to UBF management had a significantly positive impact on socioeconomic aspects, such as total income, social interactions, and infrastructure, as perceived by 67% of respondents. Furthermore, 70% of respondents acknowledged their reliance on the agroforestry system for income, with 88.86% strongly agreeing that it contributed to family income, and 84.57% strongly agreeing that it was a vital source of raw materials for sustenance. The implication of transferring the 544.74-hectare reserve forest to Universitas Brawijaya had a favourable outcome, enhancing the living standards of the communities in the vicinity. The tumpangsari-agroforestry system not only improved socioeconomic conditions but also fostered social interactions, improved infrastructure, and preserved the forest's ecology. It is recommended that the community continue cultivating a variety of crops with guidance from UB Forest management and other stakeholders. The study's sample was comprised of (240) students at this grade level. There were 124 students in the study's experimental group, who received instruction in the English language through brainstorming, and 116 students in the control group, who received instruction in the English language through the conventional method. Following the end of instruction, valid and reliable innovative thinking and accomplishment tests were administered using appropriate statistical methodologies to ensure their validity and reliability on a scientific basis. The study found the following results: Results from a poststudy test measuring creative problem-solving abilities (fluency, adaptability, and originality) showed that the experimental group that had studied English using brainstorming had a statistically significant advantage over the control group at the 0.05 level. Statistically significant differences were seen at a significance level of 0.05 between the average performance of the two groups in the study's achievement posttest. Through comparing and studying the thematic framework, structural framework, and discourse framework of People's Daily's headlines on the two events, it is found that the fundamental reason for changes in the Olympic reporting framework is the enhancement of national strength. Regarding the legal effects of and approaches to realizing this right, there are various interpretations in the theoretical realm and inconsistencies in judicial practice. From a legal effects perspective, the creditor’s right of revocation in nature is not solely a right of formation, but also contains elements of a right of claim. In an action for the creditor’s revocation right, the creditor can simultaneously request the counterparty to assume the civil liability to the debtor as a result of the revocation of the act, such as returning property, providing compensation, or fulfilling overdue debts. In terms of the approaches to realizing the right, the creditors can directly apply for compulsory enforcement based on an effective judgment arising from their litigation or revocation litigation with the debtors to realize their rights against the debtors. Generally, there is no need for a combined exercise of the right of revocation with the subrogation right. This paper will adopt empirical research method and comparative research method based on the data of previous court judgements and combined with the current relevant legal regulations. The objective of this research is to expose the problems in judicial practice by analysing the existing case judgments on the criminal law system of making and selling online game hacks, distinguishing different crimes according to the legal benefits, and providing corresponding suggestions. The results of the study reveal that there are different definitions of online game plug-ins, mismatches between legal and technical knowledge, unclear thresholds of offence, and confusing identification of crimes in the current judicial practice. To sum up, firstly, we can learn from the way of dealing with this problem in other countries. Secondly, the offence should be identified more accurately by making an accurate distinction between specific legal interests in practice.
