Studies across the World have suggested that out of many important research questions- the problem of asymptomatic and presymptomatic virus shedding is one of the most gray area in management of COVID 20019 pandemic across the world. \u0000Objective: Unrecognized threat of Incubatory carriers as well as asymptomatic cases becoming a re-infection pool to Global Community can be very dangerous for whole world. So a strategy for further Management of asymptomatic and presymptomatic CORONA +ve cases needs urgent appraisal, if we have to prevent future recurrence of COVID 2019 Pandemic. That why a systematic research is crucial in this regard, as attempted by authors in this article. \u0000Material & methods: As per PRISMA(2009) guidelines protocol, search of various kinds of studies in any form ;using five key search words: ‘Asymptomatic’, “Presymptomatic” “COVID 2019 Infection Surveillance, Pandemic, Recurrence ” was done in all health related websites of Google, PubMed, EMBASE, MEDLINE, Global Health, , Biomed‑Central, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, world library ‑ World‑Cat, from 1 January, 2020 to 25th April 2020 for systematic‑review, followed by Meta-Analysis. \u0000Results: Out of wide variety of 31 studies available in literature related to this topic,20 were found to be eligible for issues synthesis, from which 2 crucial themes of Surveillance of Symptomatics and Asymptomatic & Presymptomatics emerged. The Symptomatics surveillance was good in the form of Isolation and Quarantine across the World; but the real problem was of Asymptomatic post discharge surveillance, which was only in nascent stage in many countries across the world including developing countries such as India. \u0000Conclusion: Lack of asymptomatic post discharge surveillance may cause a real havoc in future, if no strategy is chalked out by governments across the World, leading to possible recurrence of COVID 2019 Pandemic. However authors suggest more future research studies, before we can say it very definitively that it will certainly happen.

Most patients have a good prognosis, a few patients are in critical condition. Children’s infections are relatively mild, without fever and pneumonia and since they have the characteristics of clustering onset, they are easy to miss diagnosis and are thus more likely to cause disease transmission. Children with inflammatory bowel disease need to travel to and from the hospital multiple times to receive treatments due to this disease’s own characteristics, which in turn increases their risk of infection. Therefore, management recommendations for children with inflammatory bowel disease through a network platform during the pandemic of COVID-19 infection are proposed.

In this study, we aim to assess the health and well-being of adults not infected with Covid-19 after two months of quarantine in Morocco. Materials and methods: Two months after the declaration of quarantine in Morocco following the Covid-19 epidemic, we carried out a descriptive cross-sectional study of 279 Moroccan citizens. We used the Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) as a determinant of quality of life, which is based on eight dimensions of health. The data were collected using an electronic questionnaire distributed online. The participants also indicated their socio-demographic data, their knowledge and practices regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and whether they had chronic health problems. Results: The quality of life of all participants was moderately disrupted during the Covid-19 pandemic with a mental health score (MCS) of 34.49 (± 6.44) and a physical health score (PCS) of 36.10 (± 5.82). Participants with chronic diseases scored lower with 29.28 (± 1.23) in mental health (MCS) and 32.51 (± 7.14) in physical health (PCS). The seriousness of COVID-19 has an impact on the quality of life and health well-being of people and this impact is more marked in people with chronic health problems. Conclusion: Our results confirm the need to pay attention to the health of people who have not been infected with the virus. Our results also point out that uninfected people with chronic illnesses may be more likely to have well-being problems due to quarantine restrictions.

A low proportion of patients follow the recommendations from general practitioners. The attention of all recurrent or chronic health problems and turning points of natural or physiological situations but that present medical health risks requires co-operation with patients and changes in behavior. Taking into account the complexity of the phenomenon of therapeutic compliance, it is necessary to individualize the strategies of approach in general medicine. Some strategies and methods to increase compliance are: 1. Rapport and continuity of care; 2. Confidentiality; 3. Prevention of effects of adverse drug reactions on compliance; 4. Simplify the therapeutic regimen; 5. Self-monitoring; 6. Avoid giving the impression that the drug replaces the need for changes in habits; 7. Know the patient’s agenda, the perceptions of the disease, and the importance and their confidence about adherence; 8. Involve the patient in the decision; and 9. Motivational interview and negotiation. Emphasis should be placed on the importance of doctor-patient relationship and continuity of care, as well as knowing the patient’s agenda, but other strategies are presented according to specific groups of patients and diseases and risk factors, as: 1) Cardiovascular risk factors and coronary heart disease; 2) Hypertension; 3) Hyperlipidemia; 4) Diabetes mellitus; 5) HIV; 6) Osteomuscular diseases; 7) Contraception; 8) Gastroenterological diseases; 9) Psychiatric diseases; 10) Bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 11) Kidney diseases; 12) Elders; 13) Teenagers; and 14) Disabled people. Multiple strategies are probably necessary in most cases.
