Nagai","doi":"10.3327/jaesjb.55.12_712","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3327/jaesjb.55.12_712","url":null,"abstract":"東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故に伴い環境中に放出された放射性物質による事故初期段階における被 ばく線量を評価するために、線量推計に必要となる放射性物質大気濃度・沈着量の時空間分布データベー スを大気拡散解析により構築する。 キーワード:福島第一原子力発電所事故,被ばく線量評価,大気拡散解析,放射性物質濃度・沈着量時空 間分布,放出源情報,WSPEEDI 1. 緒言 東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故時に放出された放射性物質による住民の被ばく線量の把握におい て、ヨウ素 131 等の短半減期核種による事故初期段階における内部被ばく線量については、実測データが 限られており評価が困難である。そこで、大気拡散解析により、離散的に測定された濃度、沈着量、空間 線量率等の実測データと整合するように放射性物質の拡散状況を再現することで、限られた実測データを 時間空間的に補完して線量推計に活用することを目指した研究が進められている。本研究では、最新の知 見を反映した大気拡散解析により事故時の放射性物質の拡散状況を再構築し、線量推計に必要となる放射 性物質大気濃度・沈着量の時間空間分布データベースを構築する。 2. 解析手法 大気拡散解析は、原子力機構で開発した WSPEEDI に最新の気象モデル WRF 及びアンサンブル計算手法 を導入するとともに、大気拡散モデルに化学形態を考慮した精緻な沈着過程を導入し、放射性物質の大気 拡散・沈着状況の再現性向上を図っている。まず、WRF によりアンサンブル気象場を作成し、それぞれ放 出期間分割(1 時間ごと)した単位放出条件の大気拡散計算を実施し、様々な放出条件の大気拡散計算結果 を作成可能なデータベースを構築する。このデータベースから得られる計算値と環境モニタリングの測定 値の比較結果を統計的に解析することで、アンサンブル計算結果から最も再現性の高い気象場を選定し、 測定値を再現するように放出源情報を最適化する。 3. 解析結果 解析手法の有効性を確認するための試験として、これまで再現性が低かった 2011 年 3 月 12 日~13 日の 福島県浜通り北部の 3 地点(原町、相馬、新地)における環境汚染測定局 SPM 計ろ紙解析による大気中 137Cs 濃度測定値の時間変化と、アンサンブル計算手法による 10 ケースの気象場を用いた拡散計算結果を比較し た。10 ケースの計算結果は濃度出現時刻と絶対値にばらつきがあり、測定値を再現可能なケースを抽出す ることができた。今後、全評価期間にわたって本解析を実施し、各種測定データを整合的に再現する放出 源情報と大気拡散状況の解析を進める計画である。得られた解析結果は、他の研究機関で実施する住民の 行動パターン及び陸上の核種移行モデルを組み合わせた被ばく線量評価に活用される予定である。 謝辞:この研究は環境省委託事業「平成 29 年度放射線健康管理・健康不安対策事業(放射線の健康影響に 係る研究調査事業)」において実施したものです。","PeriodicalId":8595,"journal":{"name":"Atomic Energy Society of Japan","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86990613","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
