Composomes evolved into the hyperstructures of modern bacteria. We extend the ecosystems-first approach to explain the origin of eukaryotic cells through the integration of mixed populations of bacteria. We suggest that mutualism and symbiosis resulted in cellular mergers entailing the loss of redundant hyperstructures, the uncoupling of transcription and translation, and the emergence of introns and multiple chromosomes. Molecular complementarity also facilitated integration of bacterial hyperstructures to perform cytoskeletal and movement functions.","PeriodicalId":8537,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88653748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The present article attempts to study the medical device regulation available in eleven South-East Asian World Health Organization (WHO) member countries. The information searched from the available sources reveals that medical device regulation exists in seven countries. Most of the countries follow the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 13485 for their quality standards in medical devices. Most countries also specified the time frame and authority to which adverse event is to be reported. Countries like India and Thailand have separate Adverse Event reporting forms for the medical device. The present study reveals that there is no separate web-based database for adverse event reporting of medical devices. Therefore, WHO South-East Asian Regulators Network (SEARN) under South East Regulatory Office (SERO) office may provide handholding support to these regions in developing a common software or tool for the management and analysis of signals arising from the adverse events.","PeriodicalId":8537,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research","volume":"72 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74063149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These techniques were commonly preferred in pharmacokinetics studies in pharmaceutical products. The principle involved in the LC-MS technique was justified in our study to understand the basic fundamentals of LC-MS. Also, it is used in combination with HPLC for chemical analysis. Many applications and the future prospects have been highlighted regarding the use for LC-MS in analytical chemistry. It is basically depends on the metabolites which are collected in this technique, furthermore the chemicals are analyzed according to the nature of suitability of LC-MS. This technique was helpful in the analysis of protein components identified in terms of pharmacovigilance, organic/inorganic hybrid nanoflowering. Also, our study highlights the techniques involved in proteomics. In LC-MS-based proteomics, complex mixtures of proteins are first subjected to enzymatic cleavage, then the resulting peptide products are analyzed using a mass spectrometer; this is in contrast to \"top-down\" proteomics, which deals with intact proteins and is limited to single protein mixtures. So, this review aims to highlight the basic introduction, and principle involved in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Also, the advantages, or application of LC-MS were studied. Most importantly the LC-MS based proteomics, and the future aspects of LC-MS technology were studied in this review.","PeriodicalId":8537,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research","volume":"76 50","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91467786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The health facilities throughout the world have taken a toll and to counter this some immediate alternative measures have to be taken. Utilization of the plant-based products from the Indian traditional medicine can be one such measure. Methods: NCBI, Pubchem and PDB databases were used to obtain the structures of the relevant protein targets and plant-based ligands. Apart from this, softwares such as Open Babel, UCSF Chimera, PatchDock and FireDock were used for the purpose of interconversion of file formats, visualization of the structures and docking respectively. Results: After the screening of 9 plant-based products against the 3 main protein targets (spike protein, hemagglutinin, nucleocapsid) of corona virus we found that glucoraphanin showed the best binding energy against spike protein (-51.44 KJ/mol), alpha amyrin showed the best binding energy against hemagglutinin (-31.76 KJ/mol) and beta-sitosterol showed best binding energy against nucleocapsid (-55.44 KJ/mol). Conclusion: This study would aid in the speedy recovery and better immune response of the corona virus infected patients.","PeriodicalId":8537,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88316753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The literature currently lacks the Guidance for the analytical determination of diverse classes of GTIs. This review article provides brief information regarding Genotoxic impurity (GTI), its sources, their classification, and existing regulatory approaches to control Genotoxic impurities in Pharmaceuticals, also information regarding different types of GTI and examples of each class. It is very difficult for researchers to detect GTI at Trace level so the detection method is also given in the chart, almost all the GTI are Mutagenic but as shown in Nitrosamines it is Mutagenic and its carcinogenicity is also proved but there are no such strong evidence and literature which shows genotoxicity. So, it is included as Mutagenic & carcinogenic. Different Control strategies to control Genotoxicity are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":8537,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research","volume":"12 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84970895","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
