The data obtained prove existence of 2 types of cells, which possess properties of subsidiary immune cells. They include alveolar macrophages and alveolocytes of II type. The latter participate actively in the immune pulmonary response, since they possess a property to deposit secretory immunoglobulin A in their cytoplasm. Under conditions of a chronic inflammation amount of II type alveolocytes actively binding immunoglobulin A decreases. A suggestion is made that the local immunity in alveoli decreases and is the cause, resulting very often in transition of nonspecific pulmonary diseases into chronic forms.</p>","PeriodicalId":8379,"journal":{"name":"Arkhiv anatomii, gistologii i embriologii","volume":"100 7-8","pages":"62-7"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1991-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"13004270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Already at first stages of differentiation they interact by means of specialized junctions of adhesive type and from clusters, situating on periphery of the epithelial tubules. In the experimental material an essential increase in the amount of intranuclear inclusions--vacuole- and myelin-like--of fibrillar origin is observed. More often than in the control connection of the endoplasmic reticulum with the nuclear membrane is noted. Hypertrophy of cisterns in the Golgi complex, abundance of coated vesicles in its region, dilatation of cisterns of the endoplasmic reticulum are observed. The character of the ultrastructural rearrangements demonstrates certain changes in activity of metabolic processes of these cells, the changes being more pronounced in the case, when the cerebral serotoninergic system is damaged. The reaction of the cerebral cingular zone to injection of neurotoxins is characterized with a selective manifestation and is restricted with certain nervous cells of the II-V layers. The external iliac lymph nodes and their afferent and efferent lymphatic vessels have been revealed by means of interstitial injection of the lower extremities and pelvic organs, as well as by means of direct injection of Gerota mass into the lymphatic vessels. Form, amount, dimensions and topography of common iliac lymph nodes have been studied. Lymphatic vessels, running from certain parts and organs of the body to various subgroups of the external iliac lymph nodes have been described, as well as efferent lymph vessels of these nodes. The external iliac lymph nodes are constant formations; the largest of them--lymph nodes of the lacuna--are nodes of the I step for the lower extremity lymph vessels. In 54% of cases in persons of both sex positive (right-sided) asymmetry has been revealed. Total amount of the iliac lymph nodes prevails in men, while their size is greater in women. They are demonstrated as alterations in intensity of protein synthesis in the cells, their areas and ultrastructure. In the Ac cells at the moment of feeding and in 50, 110, 150 min after feeding maximal leucine incorporation is observed. The changes in the cell area during the first hour occurs with 10 minutes' overtake of the incorporation intensity, and during the following 2 h an equilibrium is reached between these two parameters, when the maximal contents of the label corresponds to the minimal area of the cells. In the Gr cells one maximum of 3H-leucine incorporation occurs in 60-80 min after feeding. The minimal content of the label takes place in 10 and 120 min after feeding. During the time mentioned inverse ratio between the intensity incorporation of the labelled isotope and the change of the cell volume is observed. This is connected with autoregulatory processes in the cells. It is possible that in the Ac cells together with removal of the secretory granules by means of exocytosis (in 10-20 min after feeding) the secretory material is removed before it is formed as granules by parvivesicular extrusion. In the Gr cells apocrinic and endocrinic secretion takes place. Presence of certain specific formations (secretory lysosomes) explains peculiarities of the secretory process in the SMG.</p>","PeriodicalId":8379,"journal":{"name":"Arkhiv anatomii, gistologii i embriologii","volume":"100 7-8","pages":"74-80"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1991-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"13003507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
