Abweichend von den Differentialgleichungen von Howie und Whelan [2], die die Ortsabhangigkeit der Amplituden der primaren und der reflektierten Welle beschreiben, werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit die Gitterstorungen dadurch berucksichtigt, das die Anregungsstarken der Wellenfelder innerhalb des Kristalls als ortsabhangige Grosen eingefuhrt werden. Man gelangt zu einfachen Differentialgleichungen, die auch im Falle dynamischer Beugung analytische Naherungslosungen erlauben. An einem Beispiel wird gezeigt, das bereits eine erste Naherung qualitativ gute Ubereinstimmung mit vergleichbaren Kontrastkurven zeigt, die Howie und Whelan mit elektronischen Rechenmaschinen gewonnen haben. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000A new formulation of the dynamical theory of electron diffraction in distorted crystals has been derived. This treatment differs from the differential equations of Howie and Whelan [2], who describe the dependence of the amplitude of the primary and the reflected waves on the depth-coordinates of the thin foil. The lattice distortions are taken into account by the corresponding dependence of the excitation strength of the wave fields inside the crystal. Simple differential equations are obtained from which good approximations can be derived also in the dynamical case of diffraction.
