The crystals have residual-resistance ratios R0/R(273) between 3 and 67 × 10−6. Between 1.4 and 4.2 °K the temperature dependence of the ideal resistance ratio is influenced considerably by the sample diameter. Within this range, for the purest sample, the mean free path of the current carriers is found to be larger than the sample diameter. Above 14 °K, all samples have the same ideal resistance ratio, and between 19 and 27 °K, this ratio is represented very well by the Bloch-Gruneisen formula ri ∼ T5. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Von Wolframeinkristallen mit einem Restwiderstandsverhaltnis R0/R(273) zwischen 3 und 67 × 10−6 wurde das Idealwiderstandsverhaltnis im Temperaturbereich des flussigen Heliums, Wasserstoffs und Neons ermittelt. Zwischen 1,4 und 4,2 °K wird die Temperaturabhangigkeit des Widerstandes stark vom Durchmesser der Proben beeinflust. In diesem Bereich ist fur die reinsten Proben die mittlere freie Weglange der Elektronen groser als der Probendurchmesser. Oberhalb 14 °K last sich fur alle Proben ein einheitliches Idealwiderstandsverhaltnis angeben. Die extrapolierten Restwiderstandsverhaltnisse r0 = R(0)/R(273) liegen zwischen 3 und 65 · 10−6. Die Abweichungen von der Matthiessenschen Regel, die nicht erfullt ist, werden ermittelt. Im gesamten Temperaturbereich erhoht das Eigenmagnetfeld des Probenstromes den Widerstand der Wolframproben. Die Abhangigkeit des Widerstandsverhaltnisses vom Durchmesser der Proben wurde zwischen 14 und 20 °K gemessen und daraus das Produkt aus freier Weglange λ und Widerstandsverhaltnis des kompakten Materials r∞ berechnet (r∞ · λ = 3,8 · 10−6 cm). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The resistance ratio r(T) = R(T)/R(273) of electron-beam zone-refined tungsten single crystals is studied over the temperature range 1.4 to 27 °K. The extrapolated residual resistance ratios r0 = R(0)/R(273) range from 3 to 65 · 10−6. The results are compared with Matthiessen's rule. Throughout the whole temperature range, the resistivity of the samples is found to be increased by the magnetic field of the sample current. Fur kfz- und krz-Gitter kann die Entstehung der sogenannten Wehner-Flecken sowohl durch den einen als auch durch den anderen Mechanismus bedingt sein. Fur das Diamantgitter kann dagegen auf Grund der geometrischen Verhaltnisse eine Unterscheidungsmoglichkeit angegeben werden. The interaction between point defects and dislocations results in a traction of the pinned dislocation segments by jumping point defects. This gives a macroscopically observable strain. The model seems to explain some of the peaks observed by Koiwa and Hasiguti [6]. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Es wird ein einfaches Modell zur Deutung der bislang unerklarten Relaxationsmaxima in verformtem Kupfer beschrieben.
