The focus of the study is to find out the aspects of knowledge, completeness, teaching and learning processes, and assessments conducted by PAI Teachers using the CIPP assessment model conceptual framework developed by Stufflebeam. This study uses a qualitative approach using data collection tools such as interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the principals in high schools has understood the objectives and implemented the Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) for PAI subjects.The results of study also found that (1) PAI teachers have understood objectively KTSP for PAI (2) PAI teachers have made learning plans (3) PAI teachers have carried out teaching and learning processes based on Islamic religious education curriculum (4) PAI teachers have also implemented two forms assessment, namely the assessment of the process and the semester exam. The negative impact of this phenomenon is when a culture that is not good from the outside is swallowed out by children who are still young. As a result, it will easily experience cultural dislocation. One of the legacies of local wisdom that are not interested in the midst of the community is the Javanese dolanan song. Therefore all efforts must be sought from the very beginning. These efforts can be done through various ways, including habituation of children to play and sing songs (songs) dolanan Javanese, which actually contains a lot of character values. \u0000This study included a descriptive study, a case study at PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This study aims to describe; 1. Describe the form of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 2. Describe the strategy for implementing character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 3. Describe the results of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the author uses the method of interviews, observation, and documentation as a data collection technique. The technique chosen in data analysis is data reduction, data display and conclusions or verification. \u0000From this study it can be seen that: 1. the form of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is a local widom-based character education (local wisdom) in the form of Javanese dolanan songs. There are three dolanan songs used for character planting, namely Sluku-sluku Bathok, gundul-gundul Pachol and Menthok-menthok. 2. The strategy for the implementation of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is to use reflective methods. This can be proven by giving an explanation of moral values to students, after the song is finished the song is sung both in class before the core lesson begins or while playing outside the classroom. 3. The results of character education at PAS Islam Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Kindergarten have fulfilled the values of the basic characters, namely: a. Respectful and polite character through greeting each other and shaking hands. b. Using descriptive analysis and audience concept from Dennis McQuail it was found that da'wah activities are basically always segmented, where messages and patterns of da'wah will always try to be adapted to the context of the audience. Correspondingly, da'wah activities and movements have emerged and evolved in various forms mediated by the mass media (print, radio and television) which are linear in nature and categorize the medium as a passive audience, while preaching activities mediated by new media (digital ) non-linear nature categorizes the madness as an active audience. The rapid flow of globalization has threatened the existence of pesantren, so that the concept of modernization emerged in the pesantren environment to answer the challenges of the all-modern globalization in all aspects. This study aims to show a comprehensive picture, idea, and concept in the attitude of pesantren facing the era of modernization so that the existence of boarding schools remains by combining the concept of traditional education with modern education without leaving the characteristics of pesantren education that has become the identity of a pesantren. This research is a qualitative study of literature (library research) using documentation methods and using the type of taxonomy analysis that is analysis that focuses attention on a particular domain that is very useful to describe the phenomenon or problem that is the target of the study. This research resulted in modernization described by KH. Abdurrahman Wahid is a response to the condition of Islamic Education, especially pesantren in the present. Modernization is conceptualized in order to provide input or solutions to Islamic education, especially pesantren, so that its existence is maintained in the current era of globalization. The existence of pesantren with the challenges of modernization according to KH. As a major source of Islamic teachings, Muslims have for centuries ago tried to understand the meaning of the Qur'an to fit the needs of the times, one of which is by the way of contextualization. In this case the author tries to explain the style of contextual interpretation initiated by Abdullah Saeed. In principle, Saeed explained that the tradition of interpreting the Qur'an contextually had existed since the beginning of the 1st century H and 2nd H, which was initiated by the friend of Umar Ibn al-Khattab (w.23 / 644). Because the socio-historical setting when the text of the Qur'an goes down is very possible to be interpreted contextually, so that the steps offered by Abdullah Saeed in addition to having a theoretical foundation in his interpretive style eat the steps offered by him. First, preliminary considerations (the Qur'anic world, the World of readers including life experiences and linguistic or linguistic aspects. Second, beginning the task of interpretation. Third, Identifying the meaning of the Text before interpretation includes lingistics, literature, types of texts, relationships with parallel text. He is a female figure in Indonesia who has put a lot of attention in various fields including education, morals, the lives of children, youth, teachers, families and schools. Therefore, the emergence of different views even somewhat \"biased\" is considered normal. People in discussing feminism will not be able to position themselves really objectively without pretension, but can only maintain a distance from prejudices or “biases” that can unwittingly emerge. In Muslim feminist thought, they are still trapped in a crisis of interpretation and counter interpretation. This crisis arises because the methods or strategies used by opponents and supporters of gender equality in building and legitimizing each of their views are basically the same, namely by explaining certain parts of the text of the Qur’an or hadith that are appropriate and support their interests and views. The parts of the text are then considered as asl the most correct and original principles, which in turn tend to be interpreted unilaterally in accordance with their ideological interests and positions and at the same time eliminate unwanted meanings because they are contrary to their ideological interests. This eclectic reading model is caused by the inability to challenge the existing paradigm of reading the text, which does not consider the historical context, dialogical and communicative aspects of the text with its context, and its descriptive dimensions. In this article intending to criticize the interpretation of Fatima Mernissi, Mernissi seems to still have a subjective bias in assessing some of the problems of feminist interpretation regarding equality of men and women, and not occupying the core of the problem in the actual portion. Muslim society in everyday life, when see copy of the Koran that have been damaged or torn Koran, one of them is to burn reception. Combustion also applies to writings containing God asthma or other materials which are writings of the Koran, such as magazines, pamphlets, tabloids, and so forth. This phenomenon is seen through the perspective of reception theory, which says that each side pratek Muslims emerged from the theological side, which in this case is the belief that the Qur’an is the word of God.
