It is regrettable that the search for methods to improve the individual dosing of the applied energies with an approach to the cellular level of dynamicity (constant correction of parameters of the applied physical factors during the whole period of the treatment) and comprehensive (in the presence of several diseases) treatment are clearly insufficient for the present time. Perhaps such a search is difficult due to the current lack of a general theory of physiotherapy and imperfect classification of physical factors. Thus, it became necessary to develop principles and methods for a comprehensive study of the effects produced by the physical methods in a clinical setting, and the requirements for testing new devices for physiotherapy sharply increased. The author of this doctrine was an outstanding scientist Vladimir Sergeyevich Ulashchik. In his opinion, the creation of a general theory of physiotherapy is one of the promising tasks of the scientific physiotherapy. It is known that since the end of the XIX century, the principles of nervism and reflex theory have been the theoretical basis of domestic physiotherapy. Influence of humoral and endocrine changes was further added to the reflex theory of the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of the external environment (natural and preformed physical factors), but still with the leading principle of nervism. It should be noted that there have always been doubts about the exhaustive explanation of the reflex theory of all causes and consequences of the interaction of external physical factors with the human body.","PeriodicalId":72393,"journal":{"name":"Biomedical science and clinical research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135184997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Samples of water-hyacinth were identified and collected and the cow dung was obtained from an abattoir. One (1) single 120 of improvised rubber cylinder can be used as an anaerobic. Three (3) of water was added for the 30 days retention time. The cow dung was mixed with water at a ratio of 3 : 1. The slurry of cow dung and water hyacinth substrates was then fed to the for the fermentation process to begin. Experiments were carried out during the cool season and dry season (20– 40◦C). The gas was collected and stored in the gas bag. The volume of was measured using an EL- STER HANDEL GMBH MAINZ volumetric meter, which has a limit of detection of less than 0.0010m3. The products obtained from the anaerobic digestion of water hyacinth were the compost that is removed from the at the end of the digestion process. The study’s evaluation of production potential over a 30 days period revealed marked seasonal variations in. With the SARS-CoV’s Spike 2 (S2) protein sharing similar helix structure with HIV-1 gp41, the patient experienced severe immune system responses one year after the third dose of Kexing recombined vaccines. Methods: The author conceived a medicine induced hemodialysis technique according to the patient’s symptoms, and implemented after emergent treatments. Indicators from the patient’s emergent treatments corroborate with the initial prescription’s validity. Results: The clinical case validates the medicine induced hemodialysis method in treating SARS-CoV(-2)-related early symptoms in reducing irreversible damages to humans, depending on individual clinical cases. Conclusions: The clinical case along with literature review suggests SARS-CoV series are compound virus unlikely from natural origins. It is inferred to have spread in mainland China at least back to the 1990s, and possibly a result from nuclear tests. The downplay of SARS-CoV-2’s S2 protein and epidemiological varieties could have led to the global vaccine mandates, and the damages to human immune system need to be further researched into. The research concludes that SARS-CoV evidenced PRC’s transgressions to the 1948 Geneva Conventions, which is the reason that the regime and its ruling party are systematically and willfully lying to the society and global institutions.","PeriodicalId":72393,"journal":{"name":"Biomedical science and clinical research","volume":"63 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83924809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Design Questionnaire administration and results analysis design. Method 111 male and 170 female subjects completed a collection of questionnaires in order to examine the effect of different self-guides (actual undesired congruent self, actual ideal discrepant-self and actual ought discrepant-self self), on the specific emotions of anger, sadness, enjoyment and life satisfaction, and to examine the relationship between self-consciousness, self-monitoring and emotions. Results Those people whose actual selves are discrepant from their ought selves are vulnerable to anxiety and related disorders. Those people whose actual selves are discrepant from their ideal selves are vulnerable to depression, dejection and related disorders. Finally, those whose actual selves are congruent with their undesirable selves are vulnerable to hopelessness, self-destructive and suicidal tendencies. Conclusions The relationship between the four components of the self and the importance of achieving a balance between these four components will have a significant bearing on what is going on inside our skin. It will determine whether you are prone to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, despair, suicidal ideation and hopelessness or whether you are stable, rational and sound in judgment and thinking. Reducing your undesirable characteristics on the one hand and striving to reach your ideal self on the other will gradually improve our actual self.","PeriodicalId":72393,"journal":{"name":"Biomedical science and clinical research","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89911433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The government of Ethiopia introduced social health insurance scheme to reduce the out-of-pocket payments. However, there is limited evidence on willingness to pay for social health insurance among formal sector employees in the country. This study aimed to assess the willingness to pay for social health insurance and its associated factors among teachers in public school of Addis Ababa. Methods: An institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted from 10th January to 15th April 2022 on 280 teachers. Systematic sampling technique was used; data were collected using pretested self-administered structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to estimate crude odds ratios. In the multivariate model, a significant level at p-value of < 0.05 and adjusted odds ratio with 95%CI was used to determine the statistical association between the willingness to pay and explanatory variables. Result: Two hundred eight 74.3%were willing pay for social health insurance. Higher educational status [AOR=5.48; 95%CI (1.80, 16.73)], difficulties associated with healthcare cost [AOR=2.39; 95%CI (1.35, 4.24)], awareness about social health insurance [AOR=5.59; 95%CI (2.98, 10.48)], and knowledge of social health insurance’s benefit package [AOR=5.56; 95%CI (3.07, 10.04)] showed significant positive association with willingness to pay for social health insurance. Perception for poor quality of public health facility and trust on a health insurance agency showed significant negative association and teachers lost interest for social health insurance scheme. Conclusions: Three – fourth of the public-school teachers were willing to pay the premium proposed by the government. Higher educational status, difficulties associated with healthcare cost and awareness about social health insurance were the factors that affect positively the willingness to pay for social health insurance among public school teachers. This can pave the way to start the scheme but attention should focus on improving the quality of public health facilities and the trustfulness on health insurance agency.","PeriodicalId":72393,"journal":{"name":"Biomedical science and clinical research","volume":"7 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79152050","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
