This paper focuses on the dynamic relationship and impact of e-business infrastructure on FDI's, and how such relationship may determine progress. This research explores challenges to the dynamic region of Central-Asia, and to derive lessons to other regions around the world on how to go about integration, growth and attracting sustainable FDI's because of effective e-business infrastructure. Methodology in this paper consisted of examination of essential elements of e-business applications, and key economic indicators in Central-Asia as published by the World Bank, IMF, OECD and Asian Development Bank, to determine key performance indicators. Analyses shows that the Central-Asian region is suffering from low-competitiveness as a direct result of poor infrastructures, lack of effective administrative systems, oversized-state owned companies, low-digitalization, low per-capita income, low productivity-based competitiveness, and concentration of wealth within a minority of the population. All of which, is limiting the attractiveness of FDI in the region. Yet, this does not deter China and Russia from attempting to dominate FDI in this vital region. E-business infrastructure and digitalization remains a core-driver in the economic development of the region. The legacy of the Soviet Union, coupled with rich energy-based natural resources, and vast population in search of a low-wage employment in nonboring countries, will continue to dominate the region's ability to pave a way in the global economy and prevents generating dominant highly skilled supply of digital-based expertise.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"462 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78315621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

People change their shopping behavior from offline to online. It means there is a significant change in customers’ shopping process. Lots of scholars did research about it, such as from AIDMA [1] to AISAS [2], and also from Buyer Decision Process [3] to Dynamic Buyer Decision Process [4]. Both of them talk about how customers change their behavior and process of shopping in the digital generation. So it's necessary to know clearly how customers do and think to make the serve, user interface, and user experience in websites better. But the study found that most of those existing models are for “goal-directed search” shopping (shopping with purpose). But in fact, “exploratory browsing” shopping is rising these days, it's better to know more about it, so this study focuses on the process of how people do online shopping in “goal-directed search” shopping and “exploratory browsing” shopping. Besides, this study also found because there is too much information on the internet now, people will make the two phases of the decision in the process of online shopping [5], and they need to mark and record some product information in the middle of these two phases. Hence, they need a space to save this information is called “Intermediate Choice List(ICL)” [6]. Therefore, this study also explored how ICL takes a hand in the whole online shopping process. At the end of the study built a complete shopping process model for future use in E-commerce website design.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"103 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78452194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper also includes criticism concerning internationalisation theories, DTs usage, and how the deployment of DTs might assist these theories as moderators and their relevance to addressing the MSMEs issue amid the COVID-19 epidemic. The dynamic capability is recognised to help MSMEs operate more effectively because it allows them to specialise more goods and readily adjust to changing company demands, and it can help MSMEs internationalise 77 times more than those that do not use this mechanism. Website and electronic sharing use, also known as DTs adoption, may impact MSMEs to internationalise 1750 and 49 times, respectively, since they enable MSMEs to reach a larger region, establish new sales channels, and simplify knowledge transfer to develop for new products. The existence of DTs as internationalisation theories moderators, on the other hand, produces distinct effects. Resource internalisation can benefit MSMEs’ export if paired with a website, online selling, and electronic sharing, albeit only online selling, has a significant influence. However, the dynamic capability, which is proven, can assist MSMEs export individually, but it is less effective in supporting export when combined with DTs since only online selling fits it to support export. In contrast to its partnership with resource internalisation, moderation has little influence on exports.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"14 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72469353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our research is descriptive quantitative research. We use an ordinary least square analysis using independent variables: gender difference, CEO strategic, Corporate Social Responsibility with the addition of a moderating variable of financial performance on the dependent variable of corporate growth. We use secondary data taken from banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2016-2020 period. We use statistical analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS 26. Our results state that gender difference and strategic CEO can only affect corporate growth if moderated by financial performance, but corporate social responsibility can affect corporate growth directly without having to be moderated.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74060754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic and US economic performance on the S&P 500 index are analyzed. A time series analysis is conducted with a multivariate vector autoregressive model using data from Jan 22, 2020 to Oct 8, 2021. The analysis suggested that the market has mostly recovered and turns out less sensitive to the pandemic as the increasing COVID-19 cases show a negative causality while the treasury 10-year yield curve rate and foreign exchange rate show a much stronger causality.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87524232","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As society attaches importance to gender equality and the proportion of female CEOs continues to increase, the influence of female CEOs on the decision-making of listed companies has also attracted more attention. This paper uses GEM listed companies from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample. In order to achieve the overall improvement of product quality and service quality, innovation becomes the “first power source”. Although China has made good achievements in the field of technological innovation in recent years, but according to the assessment, compared with many enterprises in developed countries, China's enterprises are still lagging behind in management, the gap is far greater than the gap on the technical level. Therefore, this paper takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2015 to 2019 as samples to investigate whether management innovation can effectively improve enterprise financial quality. It is found that management innovation can promote the high-quality development of enterprise finance; property right has significant moderating effect on the relationship between management innovation and financial quality. This study has important theoretical significance and reference value for enterprise management innovation to carry out management innovation and improve financial quality.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"285 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72552687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to deal with a series of environmental problems caused by the greenhouse effect, countries all over the world have begun to take actions to develop the new energy industry. Under the background of China's “14th Five-Year Plan” and innovation driven strategy, the new energy industry has become a strategic emerging industry to accelerate development and innovation. At the same time, the government also adopts financial subsidy policies actively, in order to help new energy enterprises improve their independent innovation ability, but this method is still controversial. According to the above background, The heterogeneous impact of government subsidies on technological innovation in new energy firms will be investigated in this research. It shows that government subsidies have an overall positive influence on the technological innovation of new energy firms. The influence of government subsidies on new energy technology innovation is more remarkable in large and medium-sized firms, according to the heterogeneity analysis, the effect on new energy technology innovation in the eastern region is more clear.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78567932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
