The big change is the shift from a work system that still uses human power to automation technology. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a change that combines cyber technology with automatic technology, which is characterized by combining technology and information into conventional industry. qualitative approach is one type of research that is used to understand something related to the research subject. This research also has a way to make it easier to understand holistically and describe the description in the form of sentence structure. As a result, this sentence structure will take up a lot of research methods that have been previously developed and will be used as a special context naturally. Information technology is a design, implementation, development and management of computer-based information systems in both software and hardware. The industrial revolution 4.0 can be seen that this revolution has a good impact on the company's performance running more effectively and efficiently. high-value technology revolution is further divided into two, namely to this revolution, in the end it does not only affect one sector. the drawback, if the company is blind to the latest technology, it is very unfortunate if the company passes information that should support the company's performance.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"2002 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78556956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, government-based services to the citizens are limited. Consequently, there is a need to know the level of the adoption of this technology in Nigeria so as for the stakeholders to be guided as per the line of action to be taken in reaping the benefit of the technology being usable to bridge the digital divide prevalent in the country. This work therefore investigated the level of adoption of conversational systems - both text-based and voice-based by the various governments in Nigeria. In carrying out the investigations, the websites of the various state governments were visited and searched, for text-based and voice-based conversational systems as well as the availability of any chatting facilities. The results obtained show that even though the vast majority of the state governments have web presence, conversational systems are generally not available. Only three states have chatting facilities; two are text-based and one has a chatting interface that is really not a conversational system. None has voice-based conversational system and two states from the North Central zone have no web presence at all. Consequently, governments need to adopt the usage of conversational systems in order to make services more available in different modes for the benefits of the mases and to reach the unreached. The North central states specifically also need to fully have web presence like the others in the remaining geo-political zones.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86829316","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To provide a comprehensive explanation of the factors that significantly affect digital payment usage, the analyzing model of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed. We established twenty-five items to predict five unobserved constructs: Behavioral Intention, Ease of Use, Social Influences, Risk, and Trust. The Confirmative Factor Analysis (CFA) indicated that among the constructs, the Risk factor was the only factor eliminated. Given that its factor loading is less than 0.5. Besides, we employed the estimated method of the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) regression model in this study. The model estimated result instituted that among the four observed constructs, the Ease of Use and the Social Influence factors were found to have a significant favourable influence on the people's Behavioral Intention in using Mobile Banking Applications and Internet Banking in Cambodia. The null hypothesis of the Ease of Use and the Social Influence constructs were rejected at 1 percent and 10 percent levels, respectively. In contrast, the other two constructs, the Risk and Trust factors, were insignificant with B.I. Giving both their null hypothesis construct elements had no significant impact on the BI and were rejected at 5 percent level.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"128 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87966047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Finally, numerical simulation is carried out. The findings are as follows: (1) The blockchain enabled FTW financing mode can effectively prevent the default behavior of SMEs. (2) BT can supervise the default behaviors of SMEs through strict regulatory environment formed by high default costs. (3) The increase of inventory pledge loan rate and FTW financing loan rate can accelerate the evolution of FIs to the loan stability strategy; The greater the return rate of production and the fraud cost of colluding to defraud the loan, the more the FIs and SMEs will be encouraged to choose the active financing strategy; The increase in the probability of conspiracy to cheat loans will shorten the time for SMEs to evolve the strategy of keeping contracts, and increase the time for FIs to evolve the strategy of lending.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79868599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These possibilities are augmented and intensified with the application of emerging technologies. The purpose of this study is to provide evidence about the status of Greek local government websites by employing the United Nations' Local Online Service Index (LOSI) methodology to assess the websites of 74 major Greek cities. Results are analysed quantitatively and compared with the LOSI UN Survey results to indicate the relative status of Greek official municipal websites. The results indicate that while Greek local governments score well in institutional framework, content and technology aspects, they do not adequately provide online service and participation possibilities to their residents. Based on the assessment results, we cross-examine and discuss the relation between the education and financial status of local government and its digital development. These findings can help local and central government decision makers to identify gaps, design solutions and draw their particular attention to further develop more usable local government websites.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"26 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78254912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They allow shoppers around the world to buy and sell goods and services over the Internet. Understanding the factors affecting the retention of existing customers in online shopping platforms and prompting their continued engagement is crucial to the success of such platforms. In this study, factors were examined through the lens of sentiment analysis, topic modelling and user reviews from three popular online shopping apps in Saudi Arabia, namely SHEIN, Noon, and Amazon. We employed sentiment analysis by implementing and comparing the performance of five well-known machine leaning methods on a large data set (55,285 user reviews). Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) was found to be the best performing classifier in terms of Macro F1 and accuracy at 91.88% and 92.71%, respectively. Afterwards, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), a topic modelling method was used to explore topics discussed by customers in the underlying dataset. Topics extracted from topic modeling application on the positive reviews were: fast and reliable delivery, easy shopping, quality of product /order/shopping, item price, good services, and item size. While the topics that emerged from the negative reviews were: poor services, refund/money issues, return products, product size, apps updates, and late delivery. The study adds to the understanding of e-commerce by using machine learning methods to identify various factors that influence consumers’ online shopping attitudes towards popular apps in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, such findings are valuable for e-commerce market to improve their services, increase customers satisfaction and the sales. We offered useful recommendations to e-commerce providers based on the results of this study.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"296 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74391102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This change is marked by various developments in the world of technology, including the phenomenon of the metaverse world. Many companies already have digital assets in the metaverse world, such as: land, property and also have deposits in cryptocurrency. This creates new challenges for accounting and auditing. It is urgent to be prepared by accountants and auditors regarding this metaverse world, which triggers us to conduct research. Our research is a quantitative study using a descriptive statistical approach. We examine the auditor's willingness to study the audit metaverse using the Technology Organization Environment Theory. Our research object are auditors who works in a public accounting firm both big four and non-big four audit. We use statistical data processing using SMART PLS software. The results of our study state that organization context and environment context have significant influence to auditors' intention to study metaverse audit. While technology context must be supported by moderating variable of firm size in order to significantly affect intention to study metaverse audit.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88730892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The median and mean reversion techniques are two contrarian trading strategies. Mean reversion is a common trading strategy in portfolio theory. If it is used properly, it could outperform a benchmark. Using a strong -median estimator, median reversion explicitly predicts the next price vector. However, current mean and median reversion methods have several limitations: First, the mean reversion method does not consider noise and outliers; It suffers from estimate mistakes, resulting in suboptimal portfolios and poor performance. Second, although a median reversion method works well in the presence of noise and outliers, it also suffers the same issues when the dataset contains worthless data. As a result, the two methods may not work well on real-world datasets, which may contain both noise and worthless data. To address the issues mentioned above, we provide two methods for selecting an online portfolio. Also, we propose a hybrid reversion approach with a weighted scheme. To evaluate the effectiveness of our method, extensive experiments have been conducted on real-world datasets. It can improve performance and reduce the impact of noise and outliers.","PeriodicalId":71902,"journal":{"name":"电子政务","volume":"36 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87031631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
