Therefore, some major automobile manufacturers including Audi, BMW, Daimler, Porsche and Volkswagen have agreed to implement a new two voltage-level network. A starter-generator, which may optionally assist acceleration and recuperate energy during braking, is fed from a 48 V battery. Components that do not require high power are fed from a 12 V battery. A bidirectional dc-dc converter is placed between these networks so that the 48 V generator can charge the 12 V system and a 12 V jump starter can start the internal combustion engine. This paper proposes a novel topology and a control algorithm which eliminate the dc-dc converter to save cost, weight and volume. The proposed topology is a conventional three phase inverter with an additional asymmetric leg, which connects the star point of the machine to the 12 V and 48 V batteries. Power transfer between these two networks is achieved by controlling the zero sequence current of the starter-generator. This machine can be an externally excited or permanent magnet synchronous machine. Using a multiphase machine is also possible. A conventional field oriented control is applied to the machine. An additional PI controller regulates the zero sequence current by changing the duty cycle of the asymmetric half bridge. The zero sequence current determines the amount of power flowing between the batteries. This power transfer is independent of the machine speed and torque; therefore, the integrated dc-dc converter can also operate when the machine is running. The paper provides the theoretical background of the control, the details of the proposed topology, and simulation results which prove its feasibility.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"156 1","pages":"418-426"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75402527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Usually several teams of different technical fields are involved in the development of new drive trains. Each team focuses on their own field of expertise. Even though the interactions of the described teams are well defined, acoustic irregularities are determined not before prototype stage frequently. This leads to the demand of systematic evaluation of the exciting sources and their transfer paths to the radiating surfaces. Once the sound radiating surfaces are identified, the main challenge is the decoupling of the excitation of different components of the drive train, such as electrical machine, gears, bearings etc. This step is crucial for the identification of design steps to improve the acoustic behavior. This paper presents a methodology to estimate structural transfer functions from the stator teeth of an electrical machine to the surface of its housing. The methodology is based on an operational transfer path approach and relies on a set of measurements where the force excitation is delivered by the machine itself. Since these forces are coupled a procedure for the decoupling of the transfer paths is presented. The whole model is in time domain and allow for the consideration of non linear structural behavior.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"71 1","pages":"1-7"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88419974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main challenge associated with SHE method is to solve multiple variable high order nonlinear equations to obtain desired switching angles. To overcome this problem, a new online approach is provided in this paper which does not require solving complex nonlinear equations. In this method, artificial neural networks (ANNs) are used to determine the switching angles to minimize the THD amount of the ac side voltage of an 11-level cascaded Half-bridge (CHB) multilevel inverter. However, unlike offline methods, ANN is updated online, without using any data gained from solving SHE equations. Finally, Simulation results are illustrated and compared with other offline methods.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"164 1","pages":"331-335"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86222869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of this, no information regarding the transient state (e.g. during motor acceleration) is utilized when selecting drivetrain components. This leads to potentially dangerous situations when motors undergo saturation in these regions due to too high dynamic loads. A common reason for this (apart from lack of information about transient state when designing a drivetrain) is applying trapezoidal reference motion profiles that cause discontinuities in system acceleration and infinite values of jerk. To overcome this drawback, the current paper presents an application of a trigonometric scurve trajectory to lower values of torque peaks of motors operating in offshore drilling equipment. In addition, we show a method to monitor time spent by motors in overload regions. These two combined contributions allow to avoid unexpected motors saturation and verify if the components selected for a given electric actuation system will provide for a smooth machine operation. Practical significance of the presented work is demonstrated on a gripper arm mechanism of a full-scale offshore pipe handling machine. The results show not only a serious reduction in motor torque peak values when applying the trigonometric motion profiles (up to two times lower values), but also adaptation of the overall motor torque shapes to avoid too high overloads during the steady-state operation.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"25 1","pages":"393-398"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90489149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a micro-inverter is designed for a 240 W panel in which a high speed MPPT algorithm is implemented in order to keep the reliability of the control system. Moreover, the associated control system is completely described. An optimizing method is applied to the interleaved micro-inverter, to minimize the error function as the cost function. This can be obtained by leading the control system coefficients toward descending the cost function gradient. First, the mathematical model and small-signal analysis model of EMUs-traction network cascade system (ETNCS) are built. Second, considering Auto-transformer (AT) leakage reactance, traction network impedance and distributed capacitance, the output source module resistance of ETNCS is calculated based on the generalized symmetrical components method (GSCM). With the generalized Nyquist criterion and Bode diagram, the system stability is analyzed and the quantitative indicators of system impedance matching are given. Third, the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of inhibition for LFO are verified using Matlab/simulink simulation platform. Finally, the oscillation signals are respectively analyzed by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The proposed stability analysis could be used not only to understand the LFO clearly, but also provide technical reference for the stable operation of high-speed railway1.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"6 1","pages":"123-128"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88541134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The GMC design in that proposal was based on analytical expressions and naturally 3-D structure of the AF motor could not be fully taken into account. In this paper the designed motor is simulated using 3-D FEM solutions. The parameters of the design such as electric loading and current loading as well as the performance of the design such as phase current and the torque produced at 10000 rpm are determined in a more realistic environment. The results indicate that the adopted analytical design approach is suitable for the design of the CMC motor. However, improvements are needed in the design methodology to reduce torque ripple and take into account the effect of the drive conditions in the operating environment.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"58 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75858532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
