A variable speed Diesel-Permanent Magnet Generator (Diesel-PMG) is assisted by the lithium-battery to satisfy energetic demand of HEB. The lithium-battery module is connected to DC-bus through a buck-boost converter, and that of the variable speed Diesel Generator, it is connected to DC-bus using three phase controlled rectifier. The two DC/AC converters connected to two electric motors are used as thrusters system which enables to emulate energetic demand of Hybrid Electric Boat (HEB) in propulsion operations. The power requirement of thrusters is added to embedded appliances demand to obtain load's profile. The contribution of this paper is focused on load's profile sharing between a variable speed Diesel Generator and Lithium-battery according to the dynamic responses of sources. The performances of proposed method are evaluated through some simulations using MATALB/Simulink software.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"19 1","pages":"744-749"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85623598","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the current literature, several models yield incomplete and inaccurate results, both in the steady-state and transient operations. Among all these models, the idea of using a PI model [5] seemed the most promising. We have improved the model by taking into account the fast and very fast electromagnetic transients. An analysis is performed on over-current and overvoltage in the unbalanced three-phase asymmetrical transient behavior. The simulation results are compared with experimental ones to validate the suggested model.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"19 1","pages":"611-616"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82727958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The investigated topologies in this paper are the single stage versus interleaved eight-switch rectifiers topologies with or without considering the DC-link diodes. For the eight-switch rectifier a new control strategy is proposed in [8]. The proposed interleaved switching strategy enables cancellation of the AC-side input current harmonics and reduction of DC-side voltage ripple. Performances of the four PFC rectifiers are evaluated based on simulation studies in GECKO environment. Efficiency evaluation for various power ranges is also provided. Higher power efficiency for the interleaved topologies is proved, particularly for the interleaved eight-switch PFC topology which takes into account of the DC-link diodes.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"55 1","pages":"382-387"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86619624","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using this supervisory control strategy, the load power is effectively split between the two propulsion machines to obtain the highest powertrain efficiency in both propulsion and regenerative braking modes. In addition, in order to optimize the power split in HESS, a convex optimization problem is formulated to minimize the battery power magnitude and battery current variations. With the proposed supervisory control strategy, 10% improvement in the powertrain efficiency and 82% extension of the battery lifetime is expected.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"57 1","pages":"630-634"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89039852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The control algorithm uses a strategy based on model predictive control MPC (Model Predictive Control). In this control strategy, in order to improve system performance regarding the comfort and the energy consumption, weather forecast and occupancy of the building program are taken into consideration. To achieve optimal control of a building or to characterize its energy performance, one of the steps to follow is experimental identification of the dynamic model for heat transfer of that building. Using such a calculated model for the presented house, the implemented strategy provides better outcomes than other control solutions based on classical PID controllers.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"79 1","pages":"363-368"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1109/OPTIM.2015.7427008","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72528906","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The LAT motor model is first expressed using equations which describe the DC motor dynamics. Then a simulation model is created using these equations. The non-linear part stemming from the limited torque angle of the motor is also added to the model. PID and cascaded PID controllers are designed for the model using classical design methods and parameters satisfying the design criteria are calculated. For testing the controllers on hardware using a real LAT motor, the controller codes are generated using Embedded Coder and embedded on a dsPIC microcontroller.
