Hybrid electric vehicles consist of a combustion and an electric motor. In practice, the effect of selecting appropriate electric motor is observable on all the main indices of vehicle performance such as maximum speed, gradeability, pollutant emission, fuel consumption, etc. Different studies have been done to compare various electric machines operating as motors or generators. However, investigating the performance of electric motors as electric traction systems in hybrid electric vehicles has not been emphasized in literature. In this paper, the performance of two induction and PM motors have been investigated in hybrid vehicle application through simulation results, benefiting ADVISOR software.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"70 1","pages":"719-724"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85625356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Power-electronic devices feed the selected electric motor - their characteristics influence the design of the control by defining boundaries via maximum voltage, current and switching frequency. Various control strategies are in use and under research, meeting these challenges. These strategies normally use one of two reference systems to perform the calculations needed by the control: Rotor-flux-oriented control (also known as field-oriented or vector control) the rotor-flux-fixed reference system and stator-flux-oriented control the stator-winding-fixed reference system. This paper shortly discusses the major aspects of these two reference systems and then concentrates on state-of-the-art stator-flux-oriented control schemes.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"1 1","pages":"779-786"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73181023","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ground leakage current is another aspect which has a stringent limit due to safety concerns. Presence of high frequency pulses, with high dv/dt due to switching actions, in common-mode (CM) voltage excite parasitic capacitances of the power converters. This results in injection of peaky current to ground and causes high EMI noise level. In this paper a new method is proposed to make the CM voltage, of a single-phase grid-connected converter, sinusoidal and free of high frequency pulses. The proposed method consists of two parallel connected H-bridge power converters, which uses unipolar PWM with carrier interleaving angle of 180°. The proposed method reduces the ground leakage current by more than an order of magnitude. A modification to the LCL filter is adopted which further reduces the leakage current by 48%. It is shown that these modifications make the overall system insensitive to circuit nonidealities. Experimental results based on ground leakage current and EMI measurements on a 7.5kW parallel single-phase PWM-rectifier are presented. These results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"34 1","pages":"107-112"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74771185","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hybrid and electrical driving represent the main solutions used by the vehicles manufacturers to significantly reduce the CO2 emissions or to achieve zero emissions. Nowadays, the battery technology represents the main obstacle in developing the alternative powertrain solutions. The batteries used for the vehicle's powertrain can only store a small quantity of energy, compared to their weight and size, thus they are heavy and take up much space. To maximize the value of this energy and to obtain a maximum autonomy, it is necessary to use electrical motors with higher efficiency. The energy losses due to the heat generation are better seen during fast braking and fast acceleration. Generated heat, emphasized as losses, is having a negative effect on motor efficiency. Using simulation, the electric motor was integrated in a mock-up virtual electric vehicle to study its behavior during a predefined cycle. The functional model that was built is used to determine the energy consumption, the power losses, the electric machine behavior and to study the dynamic behavior of the vehicle.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"49 1","pages":"731-736"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81872462","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Starting from an existing construction, the aim of the optimization is to maximize the induction machine power density, while fulfilling high demanding, specific international Oil&Gas industry regulations. For every considered design, the motor performance is estimated by means of an algorithm based on T-type equivalent circuit. The circuit parameters are determined with a combination of magnetostatic and time harmonic Finite Elements Analysis (FEA), together with analytical formulas. This approach allows the evaluation of the precise parameters dependency on punctual current and frequency values, and allows good performance prediction ability. The multi-objective optimization process input are geometrical variables related to the motor electromagnetic configuration having direct impact on the output performance, is based on Genetic Algorithms (GA), and has been developed with the commercial software ModeFRONTIER®.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"76 1","pages":"170-175"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87056478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the similarities with switched reluctance machines it is also applicable for this type of electric motors. The method described here, requires detailed characteristics of the machine. This algorithm is based on calculating a range of current combinations for every position instance that will result with set torque value, and then choosing the optimal path through all the position instants with help of dynamic programming. Results of the calculations for an example machine are presented and discussed. In the conclusions section some advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm as well as possible improvements, are briefly discussed.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"25 1","pages":"269-273"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83614256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this method two-step optimization process is implemented. Firstly optimal location and charge-discharge schedule of two PHEVs parking is executed in three different penetration levels by PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization), secondly optimal location and sizing of two SVC is specified by CSA (Cuckoo Search Algorithm) optimization method. The main objective in first step is minimizing energy loss and daily load profile fluctuations in the distribution network based on available information about the price of electricity. Objective function in second step is improving voltage deviation and reduction cost of SVCs allocation besides reduction of energy loss. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated with IEEE 34 Node Test Feeder.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"77 1","pages":"323-330"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84656939","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The obtaining of maximum torque and efficiency in the motor necessitates a successful nonlinear speed control method due to the non-linear structure of the system. In this work, a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and ANFIS controller has been developed for speed control of induction motors. Parameters of ANFIS are tuned with on-line direct self-tuning method. The performance of proposed controllers has been examined in different working conditions. Simulation studies shows robustness and suitability of drive for high performance drive applications.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"3 1","pages":"102-106"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85604454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper two highly efficient three-phase buck-type unity power factor rectifiers are proposed to be studied: the conventional six-switch (single-stage) and its two-stage version, referred as the interleaved six-switch solution. They are in here compared in terms of efficiency and performances. The interleaved switching strategy is more efficient due to the AC-side input current harmonics cancellation and to the DC-side voltage ripple reduction. Performances of the two PFC topologies are evaluated for various power ranges, based on simulation studies performed in GECKO Circuits environment. Much more, their efficiency evaluation is also provided and it seems that, for the interleaved topology, higher power efficiency than for the single-stage PFC rectifier solution is assured. The IEC 6000-3-2 standard requirements are met in both cases.","PeriodicalId":69201,"journal":{"name":"城市设计","volume":"1 1","pages":"794-799"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87959148","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
