However, this limitation inevitably leads to judicial disputes because of the lack of relevant applicable principles and legislative basis. The article believes that it has the dual attributes of deductive works and cooperative works, and then analyzes the corresponding copyright ownership and exercise, and specifically elaborates how to define whether it constitutes copyright infringement in judicial practice. Firstly, the overpressure at different distances of LNG storage tank steam cloud explosion accident is analyzed, and the domino upgrade probability of storage tanks at different positions is calculated based on probit model.According to the accident transmission direction, Bayesian network is used to deduce the accident probability of each tank, and finally, personal risk is calculated according to the accident consequences. The test results show that among the 1000 test cases, the accuracy rate of prescription case analysis of the automated Chinese herbal medicine dispensing system is 96.2%, the accuracy rate of effective prescription is 97.4%, the correct rate of system medicines is 92.6%, and the correct rate of prescription drugs is 87.4. %. The traditional traffic signal control model based on cycle and green ratio is discretized into a real-time online control model with the phase duration as the control parameter. According to the probability density distribution model of traffic flow and the queuing state of vehicles at local intersection, the prediction model of phase random traffic demand at local intersection is established. The self-organizing control rule of phase green light duration is established with the control objective that the current phase queuing vehicles are released exactly. According to the self-organizing control rules, the phase duration of traffic signal matches the traffic demand of the current phase in real time, so as to adapt to the fluctuation of traffic flow and reduce the delay time.
