For effective land management, the value of the land is one of the most important elements and needs to be presented correctly. There is a need for real estate appraisal in public transactions such as purchase-sale, lease, privatization, expropriation, consolidation, urban area arrangements, swap, build-operate-transfer models, taxation or insurance and banking transactions. Nowadays, various methods are used in the appraisal process for the real estate. There is no single method of valuation. The diversity of the methods stems from the basic properties of the immovables, the other properties of the immovable, and the functions of the immovable. With the developing information, communication and software technology, important applications can be realized in real estate valuation as in many sectors. Geographical Information Systems are used in real estate appraisal as well as in different fields because it makes more detailed analyzes using spatial and non spatial data and gives faster and more accurate results. In this study, the factors that may affect the immovable value in an area determined in Bolu province were investigated by using spatial analysis technique with GIS. Data for these determined factors were provided and raster layers were produced for each factor by distance analysis. Then, the obtained layers were combined and the areas where the immovable value could be high were determined. Streptomyces produces bioactive secondary metabolites, such as antifungals, antivirals, antitumorals and various antibiotics. The aim of this study is to carry out phylogenetic analysis of Streptomyces sp. H2AK isolated from soil sample taken from the Kuşadası located near Aydın province. Streptomyces sp. H2AK, was picked after 14 days of incubation at 28 ̊C on Humic acid-vitamin agar containing Cycloheximide (50 μg/ml) ve Nalidixic acid (10 μg/ml). Genomic DNA isolation was performed according to DNA isolation method [1]. The 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR using universal primers 27f and 1525r. Phylogenetic analyses were performed by using three different algorithms with MEGA 7 software. H2AK showed the highest 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity with Streptomyces marokkonensis Ap1T (98.90 %). When the polyphasic taxonomic analyses were completed, Streptomyces sp. H2AK isolate may be introduced into the literature as a new species of the genus Streptomyces. Bulunduğu bölgede doğal dengeyi sağlayan sulak alanlar aynı zamanda içerisinde barındırdığı güzel manzara, hassas kuş türleri, nadir ve tehdit altındaki bitkiler, endemik bitkiler sayesinde turistleri de kendisine çekmektedir. Toplumda eğitim seviyesinin artması, doğa koruma bilincinin artması ve kentlerden sıkılan turistlerin doğa ile iç içe bir turizm faaliyetinde bulunmak istemesiyle birlikte ülkemizde de ekoturizm faaliyetleri oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Ekoturizm ülke ve bölge kalkınmasına katkı sağlarken aynı zamanda yapıldığı bölgeyi korumasıyla özel çevre koruma bölgeleri için oldukça uygun bir alternatif turizm seçeneği olmuştur. Bu çalışmada ülkemizdeki en önemli sulak alanlardan biri olan ve Ramsar Sözleşmesi çerçevesinde korunan Göksu Deltası Özel Çevre Koruma Bölgesi’nin ekoturizme açılabilecek alanlar haritası oluşturulmuştur. Bu haritanın oluşturulabilmesi için sekiz farklı ölçütte uygunluk haritaları oluşturularak sınıflandırılmıştır. Sınıflandırılan bu haritaların öncelik değerleri belirlenerek AHP yöntemi ile ikili karşılaştırma matrisi oluşturulmuş ve her bir ölçüt için bir ağırlık değeri hesaplanmıştır. Arcgis programı yardımıyla bu sekiz haritanın ağırlıklı çakıştırmaları yapılarak sonuç harita üretilmiştir. This may be due to damage at birth, as well as by the effect of genetic factors and aging, or as a combination of these. Of these diseases, the more common Alzheimer's disease (AD) generally presents at an advanced age, while Huntington disease (HD) tends to occur at an early age. AD is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly. AD is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes loss of cognitive function and ultimately death. The pathology of AD is mainly composed of senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (NFT). HD, one of the neurodegenerative diseases of the central nervous system, is a trinucleotide repeat disorder. HD is characterized by involuntary movements called Korea, memory loss, impaired motor coordination, and accompanying psychiatric symptoms. By using LiDAR scanners, 3D point clouds of the scanned scene are obtained easily. Although the scanning phase is fast, the meaningful and effective 3D visualization of the scene requires the raw point cloud data to be processed in advanced levels. This paper aims at explaining those processing steps and comparison of the LiDAR technology to the state of the art methods. For this purpose, a building point clouds data obtained by a terrestrial LiDAR scanner was used. This paper explains the registration of point clouds data, its underlying concepts, mathematical models as well as the free open source libraries to be used to perform these operations. Bu uygulamayla bilinen ekserji analizi ile birlikte ileri ekserji analizi metotlarının iklimlendirme konularındaki uygulanabilirliğinin gösterilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tasarlanan modelde iklimlendirme ünitesini oluşturan her bir bileşende oluşan ekserji kaybı ve ekserji tahribatı hesaplanmaktadır. Bu amaçla, ele alınan model, üfleme havası, taze hava ve geri dönüş havasının %20’lik kısmıyla karışımından oluştuğu düşünülmüştür. İklimlendirme ünitesindeki ekserji tahribatı kullanılamaz-endojen, kaçınılma-eksojen, kaçınılmaz-endojen ve önlenebilir-eksojen olarak parçalara ayrılmıştır. Corp, Delhi, 1960] first established the necessary and sufficient conditions for uniform convergence of a sequence of positive linear operators to a function f . In classical Korovkin theorem, most of the classical operators tend to converge to the value of the function being approximated. Also, the attention of researchers has been attracted to the notion of statistical convergence because of the fact that it is stronger than the classical convergence method. Furthermore, the concept of equi-statistical convergence is more general than the statistical uniform convergence. In this work, we introduce our new convergence method named equi-statistical relative convergence to demonstrate a Korovkin type approximation theorems which were proven by earlier authors. Then, we present an example in support of our definition and result presented in this paper.
