The algorithm directly takes the preprocessed weld images as the input and the welding defect type as the output, effectively avoiding the adverse effect of artificial identification subjective experience on the detection results. At the early stage of the population evolution, an adaptive hierarchical retention strategy is applied to replace the exclusion mechanism to get an expanded range of individuals selection and improve the diversity of the population. At the last stage of the population evolution, an interval population expansion strategy is provided to expand the contemporary optimal frontier individuals to reduce the sparsity of the swarm distribution aiming to improve the comprehensive performance of the population. Through calculation and analysis, it is found that the use rate of the existing station air compressor can be reduced by using gas turbine for compressed air in station, but the performance of gas turbine will be affected to a certain extent. Compared with the existing air compressor energy consumption, it does not have an advantage in economy. The inspiratory smoke detector and point type composite smoke and temperature detector are mainly used to confirm the secondary alarm. At the same time, the fire extinguishing systems of offshore wind turbines, offshore booster stations and on-land control centers are: high-pressure CO2 fire extinguishing system, fine water mist fire extinguishing system and water spray fire extinguishing system. This paper presents a large aircraft real-time flight trajectory management strategy based on 4D trajectory under multi-constraint conditions. To improve the prediction accuracy of the feasible Controlled Time of Arrival (CTA) window, a calculation method based on aircraft performance data and aircraft intention model is proposed. Finally, a dynamic en-route speed adjustment strategy based on the aircraft kinematics model is proposed, and the optimal flight profile and the required time of arrival objectives of the CDO are achieved with the performance-based airspace and CTA procedures. To demonstrate the validation of the algorithms given in the paper, the fast-time simulation based on a type of domestically-made aircraft is operated by the MATLAB platform. The method of BP neural network is used to filter the point cloud data obtained by laser displacement sensor scanning, and the result is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The three-dimensional reconstruction model of pit defects on weld surface is established. The reconstructed error is within the allowable range. Through the “source-load” characteristics of electric vehicles, the feasibility of V2G technology participating in microgrid load frequency is analyzed. The working principle of diesel generator set (classic micro-grid generator system) and electric vehicle is described, and a general and accurate dynamic mathematical model of micro-grid load frequency control based on V2G technology is established.
