Abstract

The vehicle to grid (V2G) technology of electric vehicles brings a new direction to the load frequency control (LFC) of the microgrid. The research and development of microgrid technology can improve and accelerate the large-scale integration of distributed power and renewable energy into the grid system, and it is a key technology from traditional grid to smart grid. Through the “source-load” characteristics of electric vehicles, the feasibility of V2G technology participating in microgrid load frequency is analyzed.
