The speed of the ACIM is achieved through the control of the frequency of the applied voltage to the IM, this is achieved by using the inverter, whose output frequencies lies between (20 and 60) Hz. The performance of inverter will be enhanced by adding a Hybrid Fuzzy Logic Controller and PID controller to enhance the speed controller of the ACIM. A Hybrid fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and proportional-integral derivative (PID) control of an inverter for single phase AC Induction motor is described in this paper. The output voltage error and its derivative are used as input variables for the FLC to adjust the error of the system, it will be added to the output of the PID controller to enhance the performance of the system and minimize steady state error for the speed of the motor. In this paper the event tree is used in the analysis on cascading failures and by use of probability approximation theory of rare event the probability order of multiple failures is divided, thus the screening process of multiple failures can be simplified. Applying this method to the analysis on cascading overload and from the case simulation results it can be seen that the proposed searching method can reflect the variation of failure probability caused by the change of operating mode well, and assess the risk of equipment maintenance better, thus the path searching of low-probabilistic and high-risk cascading failures can be further improved. The COMSOL multi-physics 4.2 software is used as the simulation tool. According to simulation, a five-ringed modified hexagonal photonic crystal fiber (MH-PCF) having germanium (Ge) doped silica core can be designed with a low confinement loss at 1550 nm of the order 1.026×10-14 dB/km with simultaneously nearly-zero ultra-flattened chromatic dispersion of 0 ± 0.35 ps/nm/km in a wavelength range of 1.30 to 1.65 μm as well as large effective area in a wide range of wavelengths. The main complexity of the parameter is a non-linear relationship between muscle fatigue and feature value, especially in large muscle and in cyclic dynamic contraction which is solved by this proposal. By this work, we can compute frequency dependent MNF for dynamic contractions and relaxations. Through Acknowledge software, FB-MNF is calculated and compared with the standard MNF. The results demonstrate that mean parameter of selected FB-MNF has a better linear relationship with muscle contraction compared to the others for different subjects. In addition, it has been observed through analysis of variance (ANOVA), compared to the traditional methods and have a significant difference (p<;0.05) between feature values among the MNF signal data of EMG power spectrum for different subjects. Determining number and distance of objects in the sea are two key factors for underwater communication. Now-a-days navigation, marine experiment, fisheries, detective purposes and many other works in under water are highly dependent on this determination. However, including SONAR some conventional techniques are used in these purposes, sometimes, these techniques are complex as well as costly. Here, we try to show a statistical tool called cross-correlation technique, which is, on the other hand, a significant aspect in signal processing approach. The cross-correlation technique is used in this determination process. We transmitted CHIRP signal and used its echo effect in order to determine the number and distance of the objects in the sea. A two stage (coarse fine) spectrum sensing has drawn well-deserved attention for wideband cognitive radio communication. In this paper, it is analyzed the required time and energy for sensing, switching and transmission for wideband channel with different practical scenario by coarse fine sensing. Moreover, we have proposed multi antenna assisted energy detection based signal detection for coarse fine sensing in the fading environment. An effective solution is developed by utilizing multiple antennas to minimize the sensing time and energy consumption while maintaining the quality of service (QoS). The ECS is the combination of electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) known as supercapacitor and power electronic devices for wind power application with its detailed modeling and control strategy which can supply smooth electrical power to the power grid and makes the system better stable and reliable. As generated power from wind fluctuates randomly, the objective of this control system is to select a line power reference level and to follow the reference level by absorbing or providing active power to or from ECS to smooth output power fluctuation penetrated to the grid and to keep the wind farm terminal voltage at a desired level by supplying necessary reactive power. Different guiding properties of proposed M-PCF have been investigated for a wide range of wavelength using full vectorial finite element method (FEM). By varying pitch and hole diameter both of inner and outer layers, the relative sensitivity, refractive index and confinement loss are numerically examined and compared. At the wavelength 1.33μm it is observed that the relative sensitivity is improved 1.45 times and confinement loss is also reduced than prior work. The TiO2 films have been deposited in Fluorine doped tin-oxide (FTO) glass substrate by FTS with sputtering pressure of 2.0 Pa, and Ar/O2 gas ratio of 7:3. The main attraction of this paper is to correlate the structural, optical and morphological properties of these prepared TiO2 film with variation of deposition time (like 2, 4 and 12 hrs). The thickness of TiO2 film increases with the increase of deposition time. The correlation between the thickness variance and the structural, optical and morphological properties of TiO2 thin films has been investigated in details. From the results, it is cleared that the crystallinity, grain size and surface roughness enhance but cluster size reduces with the increase of deposition time.
