The state plays an important role in formation of the family, since it undertakes the proper functioning and protection from social upheavals that have a negative impact on society, in particular on families with children. Purpose: outline domestic realities of social protection of families with children: problems and solutions. Methods: method of analysis, comparison, evaluation and generalization. Results: Having analyzed the opinions of the authors of scientific articles, the main problems of social security for families with children in Ukraine are: regulatory, financial, economic. In our opinion, while developing ways to eliminate these shortcomings, the first thing to do is overcome the problems in the context of poverty. Conclusion: Today, domestic realities of social security for families with children are not at a high level. Because there are a number of shortcomings that need to be addressed, particularly in the context of poverty alleviation. Therefore, the state must solve these problems, because it has undertaken the obligation of decent functioning of families with children. The issue of youth socialization does not lose its relevance in connection with the complexity of conditions and changes in many spheres of life in Ukrainian society. Military aggression once again proved the responsibility of socialization agents for the transfer of socio-cultural values and norms to young people, in particular, in the process of their civil socialization. It is important that they express the dominant interests and goals of our society. Purpose: to show the importance of a clear delineation of the identification space in society for the formation of a growing individual as a full member of this society. Methods: comparative analysis, generalization method, sociological data interpretation method. Results: Our observations, results of analysis, data of sociological surveys testify to the presence of civil-national consolidation. The unity of society is understood not only as unity around a common goal, but also around common values. Therefore, it is extremely important to preserve it in the future. For this purpose, the authorities have taken certain steps, in particular in the legislative field, in order to achieve national unity and consolidation of society. Conclusion. We are observing the process of clearer delineation of the identification space in Ukraine. The unity of Ukrainian society around common ideas and values allows us to put forward more defined and desirable requirements for significant characteristics in the formation of the younger generation as members of society. Unfortunately, radiation exposure can cause serious illnesses and health damage, and the restoration of health and social rehabilitation of such people requires significant efforts and resources. In this context, the study of international experience can help identify best practices and approaches to social protection of victims of radiation exposure in different countries. In addition, such research can contribute to increasing attention to the problem of radiation protection and protection of the rights of victims of radiation exposure at the international level and attracting additional resources for their social protection. Purpose: Аnalysis of information on how different countries of the world provide social protection for persons affected by radiation exposure. The study is aimed at identifying best practices and opportunities for improving social protection for this category of people in countries where this issue needs to be addressed. Methods: The theoretical research method consisted in the analysis of documents used to study works on international programs of social protection affected by radiation exposure. For a better understanding of the problem, an empirical method was used, namely, a study was conducted on the analysis of the effectiveness of social policy measures - \"State social guarantees in the social security of victims of the consequences of radiation exposure.\" Results: Comprehensive social protection programs for radiation victims are an important element in ensuring the safety and well-being of the population affected by radiation. The development and implementation of such programs aims to provide adequate medical, financial and social support for victims and their families, which helps to improve their quality of life and social integration. International experience shows that countries that develop and implement such programs provide effective support to victims and reduce the impact of radiation on their health and social life. Conclusion: In general, the international experience of social protection of persons affected by radiation exposure emphasizes the importance of addressing the long-term consequences of radiation exposure and ensuring that victims receive the necessary support and resources to rebuild their lives. To ensure effective social protection, it is necessary to coordinate the efforts of international and national bodies, develop and implement effective strategies and measures to ensure social protection, and pay due attention to informing the population about radiation risks and measures to prevent them. It is hard to find yourself and relize your identity because of steep conditions in all spheres of life of society. A state of loneliness, according to sociologists, is related with social factors and is appreciated as a comparative quality of person that is influenced by social reality. Purpose: to outline the main factors of social loneliness in modern society. Methods: Method of analysis, method of thoughts comparison, method of theoretical and empirical exploring of blighty and foreign sociologists were used. Results: According to sociologists, an integral features of loneliness are: the low level of social identity and interpersonal trust, faint adaptation of person to conditions in society, lack of pleasure in personal life, faith of individual that his behavior is determined by himself. Social loneliness can be related with imperfection of society, people’s insensibility, loss of close person or insulation. Conclusion: At the present historical stage social loneliness is growing up in geometric progression. Feeling of abandonment, needlessness and alienation actualize the problem of loneliness. Understanding of the loneliness phenomenon doesn’t have unique source of definition, but a common feature of all these theories is the fact, that this problem is formed by the influence of social factors, personal identity with other people and self-identification. Control is a necessary element in the effective management of institutions, as it allows you to track the fulfillment of tasks, compliance with requirements and standards, and ensures a timely response to possible problems. Today, many social institutions use various control systems to ensure the efficiency of their work. However, not all of them are perfect. Some control systems can be too complex and costly, while others are too simple and inadequate. Therefore, it is important to analyze the existing control systems in social sector institutions and find out their advantages and disadvantages. Purpose: to analyze the existing control system in social institutions, to identify the shortcomings and advantages of this system. Methods: The method of analysis, the method of comparison of opinions, the method of theoretical and empirical study of works by domestic and foreign scholars are used. Results: Our research has shown what problems exist in the system of control in social sector institutions that can negatively affect the quality of social services and the satisfaction of users' needs. In particular, the study considers such aspects as the insufficient number of controlling bodies, the lack of clear criteria for assessing the quality of social services, and the lack of openness and accessibility of information about the activities of social institutions. The advantages of the existing control system that can be used to improve this system are also identified. Conclusion: When it comes to the control system in social institutions, there are both positive and negative aspects. On the one hand, the existence of an oversight system can ensure a high level of service quality and consumer protection. On the other hand, the control system may be ineffective if it does not work properly or if there are not enough inspectors to conduct inspections. In addition, corruption schemes and other negative phenomena may arise in the control process. Therefore, it is important to constantly analyze and improve the control system in order to optimize it and improve the performance of social institutions. In a situation of crisis, military aggression, threat to life and health, many citizens of Ukraine decided to leave their country and emigrated to Poland. According to the data submitted by Poland to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, less than a year after the outbreak of aggression, there were over a million refugees registered as Temporary Protection. Purpose: Linguistic phenomena that we observe at the meeting point of Polish and Ukrainian cultures, for which the background is a military conflict. The language is undoubtedly not indifferent to the current situation in Ukraine. Thanks to Ukrainian refugees, characteristic Ukrainian words, expressions and phrases dominated the Polish social space. Methods: Sociological and anthropological analysis focused on linguistics. Results: Socio-cultural phenomena are part of the trends of the culture of transparency, cruelty and alienation. On the one hand, language is a kind of testimony of experiences and sensations provoked by the surrounding social reality, on the other hand, it is a source of knowledge about the brutality of war, and on the third, it helps other nations understand the situation of the Ukrainian nation, thus going beyond the territorial borders of this country. Conclusion: Linguistic activities popularizing the semantic patterns of Ukrainians' experiences are anchored not only in virtual worlds but also in the language of everyday use globally. Signs and symbols evoking specific emotions can contain a worldview message and help to tame the surrounding reality. Here, one of the problems of the social formation of youth is highlighted – its prospects for economic employment and professional development from the perspective of access to socio-economic resources, which are decisive in the professional employment of young people, their professional self-realization and competitiveness in the labor market. Purpose. The study of the social formation of youth actualizes and requires the analysis of such problems, especially with the emergence of social challenges of the war and genocide against Ukraine. Methods. The article uses general scientific methods of generalization, the descriptive method, analytical analysis and induction, the sociological method of collecting social information – interviews, which integrally allow to supplement the scientific description of individual situations of social inequality in the aspect of the problem of access to social resources in the social formation of youth. Results. The author singles out and describes in several groups of factors such problems of the social formation of youth in terms of their prospects for economic employment and professional development, such as: access to quality education, resources for professional self-realization, problems of employment, entrepreneurial development and self-employment, which more or less comprehensively reflect the directions of generation obstacles to the professional involvement of young people at the present time in the field of employment and self-employment. Conclusion. It is emphasized that the possibility of full access (use) of relevant resource institutional opportunities shapes the nature of the relationship between the government and society, levels the growth of social-status differentiation, which contributes to the deepening of the social stratification of the population, a decrease in the economic level of youth activit and athe. One of these aspects is state-religious relations, which have undergone significant changes in the context of a full-scale war and the annexation of the territories of Ukraine. The problem is how Russian aggression affects the relationship between the state and religious organizations in Ukraine. This presents sociologists and specialists in social work and social welfare with important tasks, including studying the role of religion in the formation of citizens' identity and their perception of culture, as well as providing social support to people who have suffered from conflict and migration. Solving these tasks is important for ensuring social stability and strengthening national unity in the face of challenges facing society. Purpose: to study the impact of Russian aggression on state-religious relations in Ukraine and to analyze their consequences for socio-cultural and socio-structural changes in Ukrainian society. The work is aimed at identifying the main factors affecting state-religious relations in Ukraine in the context of Russian aggression, and at assessing their impact on society. Methods: Сollection and analysis of data from statistical sources, regulatory and legal documents, Internet resources and other sources, synthesis and systematization of the received data, logical analysis and interpretation of results.. Results: Russia's invasion of Ukraine led to significant social unrest. The war caused the intensification of religious movements within the country. Religion has a great influence on the formation of national identity and the perception of one's own culture. Religious communities become important subjects of formation of the national worldview and support of the authorities in state policy. The war caused religious problems, particularly in the Orthodox Church. The conflicts opened wide opportunities for religious social work. Conclusion: Russian aggression on the territory of Ukraine significantly affected state- religious ties. The war led to the intensification of religious movements and a split in the Orthodox Church. The conclusion of the study is useful for social work and social security, as it allows to understand the relationship between religion and social problems in Ukraine. The study may also have implications for the regulation of social issues and for further research in this field. In general, the results of the study confirm the importance of state-religious ties and their influence on the formation of national identity and culture in Ukraine. This paper considers the activities of a particular Ukrainian enterprise operating in the field of IT technologies and being a division of the transnational corporation NASDAQ, as a successful example of implementing the principles of social responsibility in the practice of doing business in Ukraine. Purpose: To establish, based on the analysis of open documents of the NASDAQ corporation and the activities of its Lviv office, the real components of corporate social responsibility practiced by this corporation in Ukraine. Methods: Methods of substantive analysis of available documents of the NASDAQ corporation and its Lviv office. Results: The NASDAQ Corporation demonstrates activities in Ukraine that can be called fully compliant with the principles of corporate social responsibility. The corporation's activities testify to the reality of corporate social responsibility both within the scope of ensuring internal social responsibility and in what concerns international relations, in particular, this is evidenced by the corporation's behavior in the direction of responding to the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
