Effects of surface modified wood fibres on mechanical properties ( tensile strength and impact strength) of fibre-reinforced biodegradable composites were studied,and the tensile fracture surfaces and the interfacial adhesion of composites were examined by scanning electron microscopy,interfacial bonding mechanisms of the composites were explored,the law of change reasones of mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the best conditions of continuous hydrogen production are: the HRT is 8 hours and the temperature of the reactor is 35°C, in which conditions, the hydrogen production rate is up to 195.6 ml/g-starch. Based on the Poisson's impact law, the oblique-impact process was analyzed in which friction was considered between gear teeth, and the relation between the pre-impact state and the post-impact one was obtained. Selecting the tooth face as the Poincaré section, the Poincaré map was constructed, and a calculation method of Lyapunov exponents presented by using the local map method to avoid calculating the Jacobian at the impact points. An example was given to validate the above calculation method. The results show that with increase in forcing amplitude, the motion state of the gear rattling system change from single-sided tooth impact to double-sided tooth impact. In this paper a new method is proposed, which rotates the character image to the horizontal position, and uses the opening operation of morphology to cut the touching characters. The main machines are controlled by transducers. It can realize the functions such as reverse order start order stop, real-time fault monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and fault auto-processing. This control system can automatic track the current changing of pressing-turning motor, auto-controlling the raw material supplying speed by Intelligent PID algorithm, realizing the particle size control of silicon powder production line. It is easy to operate the system with a friendly interface. Since the successful development of WEDM technology in the late 1950s, there is quite a long time to implement one-time cutting and forming based on fine-gauge Electricity parameters, but it is very difficult to obtain high cutting speed and perfect surface quality at the same time in onetime cutting. The multi-cutting is the effective method to solve the contradiction between the cutting speed and surface quality, and obtain the higher processing effects. First proposed the Two-dimensional histogram used Filtered gray-scale map-Neighborhood gradient, and then proposed the improved selecting threshold method of the two-dimensional Otsu method. And then, use the improved selecting threshold method as the Quantum Particle Swarm optimization algorithm fitness function to segment image.
