Since the successful development of WEDM technology in the late 1950s, there is quite a long time to implement one-time cutting and forming based on fine-gauge Electricity parameters, but it is very difficult to obtain high cutting speed and perfect surface quality at the same time in onetime cutting. The multi-cutting is the effective method to solve the contradiction between the cutting speed and surface quality, and obtain the higher processing effects.
