摘要

采用不同的表面改性剂(硬脂酸和钛酸酯偶联剂)对木材纤维进行改性。研究了表面改性木纤维对纤维增强生物可降解复合材料力学性能(抗拉强度和冲击强度)的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察了复合材料的拉伸断裂面和界面粘附情况,探讨了复合材料的界面结合机理,分析了复合材料力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,加入硬脂酸和钛酸酯偶联剂后,复合材料的抗拉强度和冲击强度均有较大提高,钛酸酯偶联剂的处理效果优于硬脂酸。
