Such systems are distinguished by relatively small volumes of graphic information that can be represented in a display at the same time. In some cases, this allows backing away from visualization of an engineering system using mnemonic diagrams and applying methods based on demonstration of relationships between parameters. The developed mobile visualization system is used to visualize data center metrics. The system enables us not only to obtain information on the data center state but to compose an image in a convenient and understandable format ensuring a quick response to an emergency. It considers the basic steps of the original method of multi-attribute value theory against the modified one. The modified method can use the decisionmaker’s responses as fuzzy triangular numbers to construct single-attribute value functions and to find the scaling coefficients. The paper presents an approach to finding fuzzy scaling coefficients by comparing paired matches and generating a system of linear equations with fuzzy coefficients. It is proposed to solve the system of equations by representing it as a set of systems of interval equations derived by splitting fuzzy sets by α levels. Multi-attribute fuzzy assessment of alternatives is carried out by solving linear programming problems based on systems of equations pertaining to individual α levels. The use of neural network approach allows obtaining the desired solution in the form of a functional dependence, which satisfies the required conditions of smoothness. On the basis of a two-layer perceptron, a model of neural network solution of the problem and a numerical algorithm implementing the search for a solution are constructed. The software-algorithmic solution of the Cauchy problem is obtained. To determine the stability of the neural network approach, a series of experiments were conducted to find a solution to a particular Cauchy problem of ordinary differential equation of the first order with an analytical solution. The study shows that the considered neural network algorithm has no functional stability. This may be due to the problems of weights minimization, scalability in network training and other factors. The task of interference transmitter is to suppress the radio channel with interference. Interference transmitter must explore the parameters of the radio signal to form interference which will be the most effective for its suppression. Increasing structural secrecy of radio signal is aimed at increasing a priori uncertainty of its parameters, and is achieved by manipulating them. An improved method for estimating noise immunity of global navigation satellite systems is proposed in the article. The method allows taking into account the dynamics of the conflict between the navigation system and the interference transmitter: changing signal parameters in time and exploring them. The estimation of noise immunity of navigation signals of global navigation satellite systems allowed to conclude that the use of an increased number of binary quasi-orthogonal code sequences sets will provide high noise immunity of the global navigation satellite system for 15 years. Highly intelligent instruments allow more accurate selection of the necessary amount of raw materials and other initial components, also maintain process parameters, and maintain pressure, level, and temperature at a set level. This makes it possible to increase the yield of final products, to reduce the amount of produced waste, to reduce waste disposal costs and to reduce energy costs thanks to more precise process run.
