This paper gives the design of the 4-core multi-processor system on chip (MPSoC) based on hierarchy AHB bus architecture in RTL, and the testing results indicate that the speed increases along with the increasing dimension of the multiplication matrix. Therefore, the accounting earning is one of the most intuitive targets to reflect on business' operating results for a certain period, which has been widely considered as high information content. But how to appraise the earnings quality specially the quantitative evaluation is really difficult in practice. Therefore, this article constructs the quantitative evaluation model of earnings quality from the characteristic of the earnings quality definition as well as the earnings quality. Little damping ration difference among smoothing curves of adjacent three point averaging, Hanning window and Hamming window is found both in the time domain and frequency domain. Influences of smoothing times on the subsoil damping ration is also discussed. It shows that damping ratio decreases as the smoothing times increases in the time domain, and on the contrary in the frequency domain. Taking prefecture-level cities of Hebei province as an example, the evaluation results show that it is consistent with actual situation of tourism development, so the model proves to be effective and feasible. In this paper, the effect mechanism of urban rapid rail transit on land use is theoretically analyzed, and the model of rail transport construction on land value impacts is taken as the quantitative analysis method. Finally, a case study of Line NO.1 of Wuhan rapid rail transit is carried out. The new algorithm based on fuzzy self-tuning PID can improve the performance of the system. The speed and torque fluctuations are reduced.
