Abstract

Chinese cities are now at a stage of rapid development and the problems of transportation, environment and land use are increasingly serious. Urban rapid rail transit is wholly a convenient, fast, effective, low-carbon, environment-friendly urban infrastructure system, which providing an effective way for the sustainable development of urban transit and land use. In this paper, the effect mechanism of urban rapid rail transit on land use is theoretically analyzed, and the model of rail transport construction on land value impacts is taken as the quantitative analysis method. 低碳城市快速轨道交通对土地利用的影响——以武汉市为例
中国城市正处于快速发展阶段,交通、环境、土地利用等问题日益严重。城市快速轨道交通整体上是一个方便、快捷、高效、低碳、环保的城市基础设施体系,为城市交通和土地利用的可持续发展提供了有效途径。本文从理论上分析了城市快速轨道交通对土地利用的影响机理,并采用轨道交通建设对土地价值影响的模型作为定量分析方法。最后,以武汉市快速轨道交通1号线为例进行了研究。分析结果证实了城市快速轨道交通对周边房地产的影响。
