The field has been calculated and the spectral dependence of the radiation intensity has been analyzed. Noticeable differences in the scattering of a quasi-monochromatic wave have been revealed in comparison with two limiting cases of a monochromatic wave and a wave with a broad spectrum. The conditions have been determined under which a simple method, often used in photonics, where the incident field is considered as a plane monochromatic wave, can lead to a significant distortion of the diffraction pattern, which is expressed in a change in the wavelength and in the number of radiation intensity maxima. The role of the non-planar (Gaussian) wavefront and the effect of the size of the spot illuminated on the surface of the grating by the incident beam on the characteristics of scattered radiation have been discussed.</p>","PeriodicalId":604,"journal":{"name":"JETP Letters","volume":"121 8","pages":"595 - 601"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2025-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"145171611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"物理与天体物理","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After annealing at 300°C, the solid solution in the matrix is almost Cu-free, while annealing at 530°C yields a solid solution containing about 5 wt % Cu, which is close to the maximum possible value. In the first sample, high-pressure torsion leads to the enrichment of the solid solution with Cu due to the partial decomposition of Al<sub>2</sub>Cu phase particles. In the second sample, on the contrary, the solid solution decomposes with the formation of Al<sub>2</sub>Cu particles. As a result of the competition between these processes, a dynamic equilibrium is established, and the Cu concentration in the matrix approaches a steady-state value of <i>c</i><sub>ss</sub> = 2 wt % from both sides. The value <i>c</i><sub>ss</sub> corresponds to the solubility of Cu in the solid solution at <i>T</i><sub>eff</sub> = (400 ± 20)°C. This phenomenon can be explained by the increased concentration of defects (in particular, vacancies) in the steady state under high-pressure torsion, which is equivalent to a temperature increase.</p>","PeriodicalId":604,"journal":{"name":"JETP Letters","volume":"121 8","pages":"619 - 624"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2025-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"145170959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"物理与天体物理","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite recent advances in this field, reported laser output powers remain relatively low. Here, we present a theoretically and experimentally described pumping technique that involves the spectral and collinear combination of blue and green laser diode radiation. We show that this approach yields an impressive average optical-to-optical efficiency of 16.6% in continuous-wave laser mode and up to 43.6% in femtosecond mode based on Kerr-lens mode-locking. Consequently, with a maximum pump power of 15 W, the generated output power at 770 nm reaches 2.5 W in continuous-wave mode. With a pump of 14.5 W we have 1.84 W in femtosecond mode. Since all the points in the de Sitter space are equivalent, this state is described by local thermodynamics. This state has the local temperature <span>(T = H{text{/}}pi )</span> (which is twice the Gibbons–Hawking temperature), the local entropy density, the local energy density, and the local gravitational degrees of freedom including the scalar curvature <span>(mathcal{R})</span> and the effective gravitational coupling <i>K</i>. On the other hand, there is the cosmological horizon, which can also be characterized by the thermodynamic relations. We consider the connections between the local thermodynamics and the thermodynamics of the cosmological horizon. In particular, there is the holographic connection between the entropy density integrated over the Hubble volume and the Gibbons–Hawking entropy of the horizon, <span>({{S}_{{{text{volume}}}}} = {{S}_{{{text{horizon}}}}} = A{text{/}}4G)</span>. We also consider the first law of thermodynamics in these two approaches. In the local thermodynamics, on the one hand, the first law is valid for an arbitrary volume <span>(V)</span> of de Sitter space. On the other hand, the first law is also applicable to the thermodynamics of the horizon. In both cases, the temperature is the same.
