The cause of this disease is still unclear. Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms and imaging findings, it is often misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer. Clinicians are paying more and more attention to it. Case report: We are reporting an IgG4-RAIP case, in which the patient had been misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer and prepared for surgical treatment but finally was diagnosed as IgG4-RAIP after pancreatic biopsy and serum immune test. And the patient was recovered after the treatment of glucocorticoids. Discussion: In order to make more patients get correct diagnosis and reasonable treatment, when we encounter undiagnosed cases of pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer in clinical work, it is very important to conduct pancreatic biopsy and serum immune blood test before operation for these patients. Methods: A total of 240 patients with uterine fibroid undergoing hysteromyomectomy from 2 hospitals in Jingzhou were investigated using a self-designed general information questionnaire, the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale. Results: The total score of readiness for hospital discharge was (91.36 ± 18.46), the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the quality of discharge guidance, the scope of myomectomy, pain degree of incision and the average monthly income per family were the main influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge. Mounting evidences have indicated that ncRNAs are aberrantly expressed in a wealth of diseases such as cataract. Cataract is a cloudy lens caused by radiation, age, drugs and other factors. NcRNAs, including microRNAs, long non-coding RNAs, circular RNAs, have been identified to regulate the occurrence and development of cataract. Current studies indicate that ncRNAs exert the multifaceted functions in the lens of cataract patients and have been proved as potential diagnostic biomarkers or therapeutic targets for cataracts. About 95% of the patients have specific chromosome translocation t (15 ≤ 17) (q22, q12). APL progresses rapidly and is characterized by extensive and severe bleeding and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Patients may present with severe clinical manifestation which is often caused by the occurrence of DIC in the early stages of the disease. Pregnancy complicated with APL is rare in the clinical setting. They have many complications, high mortality and are difficult to manage clinically. Methods: A total of 243 ICU nurses from 6 general hospitals in Jingzhou were selected by convenient sampling method. Questionnaires were conducted with the general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Work-Related Quality of Life Scale-2 (WRQoL-2). Results: The total average score of the quality of work life of ICU nurses was (3.35 ± 0.44), which was at a medium level. Department, professional title, frequency of night shift, experience of workplace violence and psychological resilience were the influencing factors of the quality of work life of nurses in ICU, accounting for 39.4% of the variance. Conclusion: The quality of work life of ICU nurses needs to be improved. Expression of PLK1 in HCC was analyzed by using GEPIA (Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis) and UALCAN databases. GEPIA and CBioPortal tools were applied to determine patients’ survival and PLK1 mutations, respectively. PPI (Protein-Protein Interaction) networks were further built by STRING (Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes) and Metascape Web portals. The data demonstrated that the expression of PLK1 in HCC was significantly enhanced when compared to normal liver tissues (P < 0.001). A higher PLK1 expression resulted in a remarkably shorter disease-free survival as well as overall survival. Moreover, the expression of PLK1 in HCC was related to HCC patients’ grade and race, but not gender. The data also suggested that expression of PLK1 elevated gradually from stage 1 to 3 but decreased in stage 4. Three specific gene mutations K146R, S335Afs*120 and D429H of PLK1 occurred in HCC and these unique mutations were not seen in any other tumor tissues. Methods: A computer-based search of database from Pumbed, CNKI, Wanfang, Baidu Scholar, Chongqing VIP, GeenMedica was performed to screen the articles about respiratory syncytial virus infection and childhood asthma. Then the literatures were screened out by the selection criteria. The RevMan5.3 software was used to test the heterogeneity and effect values of each study, analyze the sensitivity and publication bias of the literature, and draw on Meta forest plot and Funnel plot. Results: 5 articles conformed to the selection criteria. There were totally 881 cases in the case group, 826 cases in the control group. The results of heterogeneity test showed no heterogeneity between each study (P > 0.05). The fixed-effects model showed the 6.68 (5.06 - 8.82), (Z = 13.38, P < 0.00001). Conclusion: The infection rate of respiratory syncytial virus in children with acute asthma attack is higher than that in remission period. Methods: Totally 112 autopsy cases with chest injuries in the urban of Jingzhou road traffic accidents were collected. Systematic review and analysis of the general information, postmortem examinations and assessments of chest injury had carried out from Feb. 2016 to Mar. 2018. Results: Average age of the victims was 52.2 years and the ratio of male to female deaths was 2.39:1. The proportion of motor-cyclists and pedestrians increased significantly. The overwhelming majority of accident vehicles were motorcycles and bicycles. Fractures of ribs and pulmonary contusion were the most common injuries. Craniocerebral and abdominal injuries were the most common associated injuries. Conclusion: Fractures of ribs and pulmonary contusion were the most common features of fatal road traffic injuries, often associated with vitreoretinal damage and serious multiple damages.
