Specifically, it aims (1) to describe the improvement of mathematical communication with contextual-oriented problem solving learning for MTs students, and (2) describe the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes by contextual-oriented learning problem solving for MTs students. This class action research was conducted in 8.3 MTs Negeri 1 Pemalang class. Data sources, teachers and students. Data were collected by observation, field notes, documentation, and tests. Source and method triangulation is used for data validity. Analysis technique with constant comparison. The results of the study, in general contextual oriented problem solving learning can improve communication and mathematics learning outcomes of MTs students. Learning with contextual-oriented problem solving can improve communication and learning mathematics. Improved communication was observed from four indicators. The ability to speak until the second cycle is 62.86%. The ability to draw until cycle II is 68.57%. The ability to write until the second cycle is 74.29%. The ability to explain the concept until the second cycle is 65.71%. Learning with contextual-oriented problem solving can improve mathematics learning outcomes. Improved mathematics learning outcomes measured by the number of students who complete. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan dua siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes tertulis. Untuk memperoleh data dan kejadian selama Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan maka segala catatan kegiatan dan observasi yang dilakukan dikumpulkan dan diadministrasikan untuk kegiatan pelaporan. Berdasarkan analisis data, perbandingan prestasi belajar siswa pada pra siklus dan siklus I meningkat. Untuk nilai terendah meningkat dari 36 menjadi 48 atau meningkat sebesar 25%. Dan nilai rerata meningkat cukup baik yaitu dari 58 menjadi 62 atau meningkat sebesar 5,88%. Nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa pada pra siklus 86 meningkat menjadi 98 atau meningkat sebesar 4,65%. pada kondisi awal, nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa adalah 86 berjumlah 2 anak, sedang pada siklus II (kondisi akhir) nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa 100 berjumlah 3 anak. Nilai terendah pada kondisi awal sebesar 36 dan pada siklus II (kondisi akhir) sebesar 61 yang juga meningkat sebesar 45,8 %. Nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat signifikan dari 48 pada kondisi awal menjadi 68 pada siklus II (kondisi akhir) yaitu sebesar 14,7 %. Hal ini sudah memenuhi harapan untuk mencapai batas KKM (Kriteris Ketuntasan Minimal) sebesar 65. Berdasar analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 3 Teras Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 pada materi Pesawat Sederhana. Learning motivation can be obtained from three aspects, namely extrinsic, intrinsic, and combination motivation. This study aims to determine the analysis related to how the level of motivation for elementary school student learning is influenced by intrinsic factors, extrinsic factors, as well as a combination of both factors. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection methods that refer to the Scale of Intrinsic versus Extrinsic Orientation in The Classroom (Susan Harter's Intrinsic Orientation Scale in Classes) owned by Susan Harter in 1981. Based on the analysis using the SPSS program, as many as 50 , 4% (57 students) of 113 elementary school students in Magelang City had a high level of motivation to learn combination. Even though children must have enough information in order to protect themselves from sexual harassment and violence. Not only parents, the teacher as the second parent for children has a big role in providing education and information about sexual education. Therefore, as a preventive measure, training is needed to increase the knowledge of teachers about sex education in early childhood and good delivery methods so that it can be easily accepted by children. The method used is lecturing and practice directly with roleplay on how to deliver sex education to children. In addition, roleplay is also done by using puppets. The training participants numbered 22 teachers and employees. After being given training, 77.2% of teachers and staff understood that psychoeducation on the importance of sexual education for children needed to be provided as a preventive measure against the prevention of sexual violence against children. 63.6% of teachers are willing to convey to their students. The research subjects were 30 students of SMP N IV Surakarta. The research objects were the types and realization of the use of code switching communication strategies used by students when communicating in English. Data were collected through the elicitation technique in which the participants were given the task to describe a cartoon; their speech was recorded and used as the data source. The data were analyzed qualitatively by inductive techniques using Dornyei and Myers-Scotton analysis frameworks. Research findings were interpreted by using relevant theory. The results showed that the learners used three types of code switching, namely: tag code switching, intra sentential code switching, and inter-sentential code switching. And there were three factors that contributed to the use of code switching, namely mastery of bilingual or bilingual, limited mastery of English, and as a compensation strategy. It can be concluded that the use of code switching by English learners as a foreign language is a natural and unavoidable. This research uses type of reference research. The validity test uses source data triangulation. Data validity obtained with various sources and extensions. Data analysis techniques use constant methods of comparison. The result of this article, which is 1) in general, math learning has been more conventional (face to face) and; 2) there is an alternative to math related to physical distancing, which is online/long-distance learning by making good use of accessible applications through Internet service. The study population of 246 students, a sample of 153 students. Research uses a quantitative correlational approach. Data collection uses questionnaires and documents. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, and estimator parameter accuracy test. Structural equation for the relationship between variables as follows: Z = 0.196 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.193 Y + 0.911, meaning that if the learning environment, learning resources, and learning motivation variables rise one level then successively have an effect each by 0.196; 0,171; 0.193 against mathematics learning outcomes. The samples from Master students of Education in University Putra Malaysia which consisted of 36 students from Faculty of Educational Studies. This experimental research design to test hypothesis the effect of three different backgrounds of music vocal, instrumental and silent on the verbal and spatial task performance in learning. Data was analyse using IBM Statistics where this study used independent sample T-test and two-way analysis variance (ANOVA). The T-test result of analysis show there is differences between vocal condition (t = 1.101, p = 0.172), instrumental condition (t = 2.06, p = 0.018), and silent condition difference (t = 2.712, p = 0.022) on the verbal and spatial task in learning. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan menerapkan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui adab makan bersama di kelas. Jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi di SD Negeri Cemara Dua Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan metode interaktif. Hasil penelitian, sekolah merupakan habitat yang tepat untuk penguatan karakter para generasi emas terutama bagi siswa. Kegiatan adab makan bersama di kelas dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan makan, ketika makan dan sesuadah makan. Nilai utama karakter yang dikuatkan yaitu nilai religiousitas, nilai nasionalisme, nilai mandiri, nilai gotong-royong dan nilai intergritas. Karakter dapat tercipta karena adanya kebiasaan. The method used is development research with reference to the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The assessment instruments consisted of three, namely (1) validity instruments in the form of validity assessment tools of interactive learning media Power Point Ispring Suite 8 and validity assessment instruments questionnaire, (2) practicality instruments in the form of teacher responses and students' responses to learning media using Power Point Ispring Suite 8, and (3) effectiveness instruments in the form of student learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, obtained an average of media validity is 4.15 (valid). Practicality of the media obtained 93.40% teacher response (very strong) and student responses of 91.40% (very strong). Learning Media has fulfilled the effectiveness criteria, namely 91% of students achieve mastery learning value.
