This study was a content analysis study (content analysis). The results showed that the analysis of the presentation of the material in terms of the proportion of each content domain, domain algebra occupied the highest proportion with a percentage of 50%, the domain geometry with 33.33% while the percentage of domain data and opportunities with a percentage of 16.67% and there are no material including in the domain of numbers. Judging from the cognitive dimensions, applying knowing domain is (68.42%) and knowing is (21.05%) while the reasoning domain has the 10.53% (the lowest). For analytical presentation of questions in terms of the proportion of each dimension of the content, the material has a percentage of 60.64% algebra, geometry material has persetase 32.13% while the material data and the opportunity have a percentage of 7.23%. This research is an R&D research. The development model used is Hannafin and Peck Model, with the stages of needs analysis, design, development and implementation. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques, t test and gain test. The findings in this study are the significance value of the t-count using a weblog of 29.136 and the t-count of the lecture method of 15,581. This conclusions that t count weblog is greater than t count lecture, meaning that the effectiveness of the experimental class using the weblog is better than the control class using the lecture method. The results of the study using the N Gain test also obtained the value of the N Gain percent of the control class was 48.98, while the N Gain percent value of the experimental class was 67.33. The teacher often finds a lot of students’ learning motivation problems from the students. The students’ problems are (1) students’ interest, (2) students’ effort, (3) self responsibility activity or persistence, (4) students’ optimal experiences; (5) reinforcement and teacher's method. One of the efforts to minimize the problems is by empowering the students in the learning process. One of the teaching techniques that can empower learners is Reciprocal Teaching Method. An action research was carried out and aimed at finding out whether Reciprocal teaching can improve the students’ learning motivation in reading comprehension in classroom when the teacher applies reciprocal teaching. Two cycles are applied. The data are taken by observing the learning process when an action is applied, by interviewing the learners involved, by giving questionnaires and by conducting interview. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai itu adalah model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif baik didalam kelas maupun di luar kelas dengan memanfaatkan smartphone peserta didik. Ini bisa menjadi tantangan terutama untuk pembelajaran biologi. Studi yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan “YOGI” Youtube Peer Tutoring dalam biologi untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa. Kami telah mengevaluasi kinerja siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi untuk siswa dengan membandingkan dua kelompok siswa, yang pertama adalah kelompok uji di mana kami telah menyediakan siswa dengan seperangkat video dari YouTube untuk menggambarkan konsep yang berbeda seperti materi genetika dll. Untuk kelompok yang kedua di mana kami hanya menggunakan sumber daya tradisional, seperti buku teks, dalam kuliah kelas dan selebaran. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa Peserta didik menjadi mampu berkontribusi pada pembelajaran Biologi, Kondisi kelas menjadi interaktif, menyenangkan. Peserta didik lebih memahami penjelasan dari teman dan juga pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, bisa dilihat hasilnya Kompetensi peserta didik pada pembelajaran Biologi meningkat,salah satunya pada materi Genetika (pertemuan pertama 76,47% meningkat menjadi 100%). Such circumstances indicate that it is appropriate to improve the professional competence of teachers. The purpose of this study is to describe the professional competence of junior high school teachers. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation is done through triangulation, with analysis of data flow methods with the process: data collection, data reduction, then presented, followed by conclusions and verification. The results showed that the professional competence of teachers showed an average of 1.33 in poor condition. Specifically if related to teacher perceptions, it can be seen from the competencies about personality and competencies about carrying out tasks. The data analysis technique was carriedout in a descriptive qualitative manner with a flow model consisting of data collection,data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The results ofthis study indicate that: (1) Thustworthiness character education by recognizing that thequestions tested are considered difficult so that it needs to study extra hard and smartlike working on HOTS questions, and strict examination supervision in accordance withexisting provisions. (2) Caring character education by celebrating graduation withoutconvoys and scribbles that violates the safety and order of others and distributes fastbreaking takjil for people who are at the intersection of lights on the highway. (3)Respect character education by respecting and respecting the achievement of academic results among students and not doing things that disturb others such as convoys that cause noise. (4) Citizenship character education by celebrating graduates by not violating school rules and not violating road traffic laws. This research and development study consists of exploration, designing model draft, validating model, experts jugment, revising model, implementing model, data description, data analysis, findings and discussion, recommendation, revising, the final model and dissemination. Technique of data collection was obtained by using test, interview, and observation; Technique of data analyze for quantitative data used non independent t-test. The researcher also used descriptive statistic including highest, average, and lowest scores. To analyze the qualitative data, the researcher used trianggulation and flow model of analysis. The research results showed that The first model results showed that: it improved the students’ bravery to speak up in front of the audience and made a better condition of the students’ speaking environment. The second model results showed that the development of the students’ speaking ability growing up rapidly and their grammar and vocabulary also getting better. The Final Model results showed that there is very clear improvement on their bravery to speak up infront of the audience. Their learning progress and speaking ability grew up rapidly, theirgrammar and vocabulary also increased significantly. The computation result showed thatall of the results is higher than tt (2,02).
