This study aims to analyze the effect of women's economic contribution, family interaction, and social support on the welfare of women migrant workers' families. This study uses a functional, structural approach with a quantitative study design. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling, that is, a purposive sampling technique with the snowball method. This research was conducted on 120 families of female migrant workers in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection was carried out with the help of a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program and Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results of the influence test show that social support has a direct effect on family welfare. The biggest social support received by the husband comes from friends/neighbors who are one of the husband's closest environments. This study aims to learn about career women's experiences balancing family and work during the Covid-19 epidemic. This study used phenomenological qualitative methodologies and thematic analysis. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews and open questionnaires. This study included 51 female workers who completed an open questionnaire and interviewed four women who expressed their readiness to participate. All participants were between 18 and 44, married, had children who were still in school, and worked in either private or public companies. The findings of this research focus on the interactions that emerge among career women. During the pandemic, career women experienced three internal variables associated with work-family balance: motivation, emotions, and internal conflicts. To reduce this, career women require external elements such as positive interpersonal interactions, material and non-material job support. Policy development to improve financial health should be empirically based, but financial health research in Southeast Asia has not been identified. This scoping review aims to examine the literature that discusses household financial health in Southeast Asian countries. This study uses publications from Scopus, Science Direct, Proquest, Emerald, Google Scholar, and library databases from three leading universities in Indonesia. The articles reviewed are articles published in 1998-2021. The preparation of the protocol followed the PRISMA Scoping Reviews Checklist. There are five stages of research: identification of research questions, identification of relevant studies, the selection process for studies, mapping of data, and preparation and reporting of results. The selection process involved two independent reviewers. The literature search yielded 4788 titles, and only 15 articles met the inclusion criteria. The scoping review results explain the constructs of financial health under study, the measurements used, and financial health factors, including demographic, internal, and external factors. This study recommends considering other psychological variables to examine the antecedents and consequences of household financial health. When adolescents’ ability to control smartphone use is low, they could experience problematic smartphone use behavior (PSU). By internalizing control, parents play a crucial role in enhancing adolescents' self-control on smartphone use. Based on the controlling component of parenting, there are two types of parental control: parental structure and parental psychological control. Previous studies have found a relationship between parental psychological control and PSU. However, studies investigating the relationship between parental structure and parental psychological control simultaneously with PSU are limited. This study is important since parents found practicing those two types of parental control simultaneously. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of parental structure and psychological control on adolescents' problematic smartphone use. 219 adolescents aged 12-18 (M = 14.49 years) completed the Indonesian version of the Parental Structure Scale, Parental Psychological Control Scale, and Mobile Phone Problematic Use Scale questionnaires. Stepwise regression analysis shows that only parental psychological control predicts the increase of problematic smartphone use in adolescents. Dampak tersebut diantaranya adalah pelayanan program keluarga berencana pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan akseptor terhadap pelayanan pemasangan kontrasepsi implan di Provinsi Banten pasca pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional study. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei Tahun 2022 di Kota Cilegon dan Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten, dengan mempertimbangkan banyaknya jumlah calon akseptor kontrasepsi implan yang akan dilayani pada waktu pelaksanaan penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa 7 dari 10 responden sudah merasa puas terhadap pelayanan pemasangan kontrasepsi implan di Provinsi Banten. CSI dari dimensi keandalan paling rendah dibandingkan dimensi lainnya, disebabkan variabel tentang petugas keluarga berencana (PLKB/Kader KB) dan pemberi layanan (dokter/bidan) dianggap belum maksimal dalam memberikan penjelasan terkait keuntungan dan kerugian (efek samping) penggunaan kontrasepsi implan sebelum pelayanan.
