This study aims to learn about career women's experiences balancing family and work during the Covid-19 epidemic. This study used phenomenological qualitative methodologies and thematic analysis. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews and open questionnaires. This study included 51 female workers who completed an open questionnaire and interviewed four women who expressed their readiness to participate. All participants were between 18 and 44, married, had children who were still in school, and worked in either private or public companies. The findings of this research focus on the interactions that emerge among career women. During the pandemic, career women experienced three internal variables associated with work-family balance: motivation, emotions, and internal conflicts. To reduce this, career women require external elements such as positive interpersonal interactions, material and non-material job support.
