Abstract
International migration causes changes in roles within the family, which impact the family well-being of female migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the effect of women's economic contribution, family interaction, and social support on the welfare of women migrant workers' families. This study uses a functional, structural approach with a quantitative study design. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling, that is, a purposive sampling technique with the snowball method. This research was conducted on 120 families of female migrant workers in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection was carried out with the help of a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program and Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results of the influence test show that social support has a direct effect on family welfare. The biggest social support received by the husband comes from friends/neighbors who are one of the husband's closest environments. This finding indicates that social support greatly influences the family well-being of female migrant workers.
