Islam is a revealed and knowledge-based religion that promotes learning and in which every person regardless of caste, class, color, and gender is obliged to get an education. The early Muslims were passionate about education as they were influenced by Prophet Muhammad's outstanding teaching methods and tactics. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) used every tool and approach available to transmit knowledge to people. The methods and strategies used by the Holy Prophet and the early Muslims in their academic endeavors are examined in this study. This paper explores Hadith literature on instructional methods and proposes a dynamic synthesis of Islamic pedagogical principles, particularly prophetic precepts, with academic ideas of modern education. Such synthesis is compatible with the manifestations of Prophetic precepts spanning Muslim history, and it would provide an explicit Islamic pedagogical framework for teachers, many of whom are from quite diverse educational systems. There is no discrimination between rich and poor, ruler and the ruled. Everyone is equal before the law. Such system is achieved only when there is rule of law and justice is upheld. A transparent and unprejudiced system of accountability is a paramount importance to ensure proper functioning of the justice system. Undiscriminated justice system leads a nation to stability and prosperity and a flawed accountability system can cause the destruction of a nation. Presently, the lack of transparent and well-functioning accountability system is a biggest hurdle in our way to achieve stable and progressive democracy. This article clarifies the need for accountability in the establishment of the welfare state and the process of accountability in the successful caliphate of Hazrat Umar Farooq R.A.Historical research style has been adopted for research. It has been concluded through research that during the caliphate of Hazrat Umar Farooq R.A, the authorities were held accountable with the principles of courage and justice. Not only administrators but also the ruler himself whole heartedly and unquestionably presented himself before the law.One of the reasons for the success of Hazrat Umar Farooq's state system is non-discriminatory accountability. In all Divine Shariah the law of Qisas was made to ensure the sanctity and preservation of human life, eradication of crimes, cruelty and oppression, stopping violation of law and order, discouraging criminals and removing them from the society, controlling anarchy and chaos, and maintaining collective discipline and peace in the society.In this connection, in the light of the injunctions of the Old Testament, the Holy Quran and Ahadith, an analytical and comparative study was carried on to trace the similarities and differences of the law of Qisas and Diyyat in Islam and Judaism. This study was categorically focused on the concept of Qisas and Diyyat, types of Qisas, procedure of gathering evidences, implementation of the law of Qisas, punishment of murderer and the authority of imposing the law of Qisas. This study led the conclusion that in Judaism the law of Qiyas is strictly imposable in all circumstances, forgiving the murderer or taking blood money (Diyyat) from him is strictly prohibited, whereas in Islam the law of Qisas is flexible and it is imposable only in intentional murdering case. Efforts are on the way to counter terrorism and violent extremism. Mostly such efforts focus on the role of men while neglecting the role of half of the population i.e. the women. Women are influential in families, work place, institutions and communities so their role is very important. Acts of terrorism and violent extremism cannot be countered only by law enforcement agencies but by building social capacity to make such acts and actors unacceptable in society. In Pakistan’s context Muslim women can play a very important role in achieving this purpose. Research has shown that women are the first respondents to the extremist behavior. They can play a very effective role in prevention of radicalization of young minds. While designing antiterrorism and antiviolence policies gender perspective should be brought into consideration. Women empowerment can play a key role in identifying extremist behavior and in prevention of radicalization of young individuals. He was born in chachran, a famous town in Khanpur. He memorized Quran in his early age. Then he got religious education. He always kept on promoting Islamic Law. His mother died when he was four years old, and he was Orphanad around the age of 8 when his father died. He was then brought up by his elder brother, Khawaja Fakhar Jahan. His elder brother was his teacher as well as his spiritual guide. He took the charge of spiritual guidance in 1871, Soon after the death of his brother Khawaja Fakhar Jahan. So he was Sajjada Nasheen (Patron Saint) of the Punjab region of Indian subcontinent. He was a great scholar and writer of his time who knew several different languages. He was famous for his work which helped him to popularize the Saraiki language. As he belonged to religious family, so he kept on rendering numerous services for Islamic preaching. He had a poetic contribution in various languages but his Saraiki poetic work got popularity all over the region. His poetry was in special term known as Kafi. Arabic language and literature has great impact on his all poetic works. Arabic vocabulary has also been used in his poetry. He has extracted the precious pearls of wisdom from the depth of an imposing ocean of Quran-O-Hadith. This created a backlash among some Muslim writers, who prohibited women's education because of co-education. Therefore, it has been deemed necessary to clarify the truth by answering the following question: ‘if education is proved to be a right for women, is it permissible to deny women their right to education under such a pretext? The researcher used descriptive and critical approaches to discuss the right of women to education considering co-education in universities. This paper addressed this topic by rooting the concept of this right and its obligations. It also addressed the issue of co-education from a doctrinal point of view on which contemporary studies focused.
