The right policy implementation model will greatly assist in preventing stunting in society. This study aimed to model the convergence of local government policies in stunting prevention efforts by paying attention to organizational and inter-organizational behavior, lower control behavior, and target group behaviour. The study used a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with 14 informants, while the secondary data came from the relevant regional apparatus organizations data. Then it was analyzed in several stages, namely the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study were that behaviour and between organizations form a commitment to contribute to stunting prevention, then at the behavioural level the organization really understood the role and function in carrying out stunting prevention and control programs, and the behaviour of the target group showed different responses positively and negatively. If such a problem is left unchecked, overweight adolescents have a higher risk of suffering from various health problems. Efforts are needed to increase overweight adolescents’ nutrition knowledge, including through the provision of nutrition education using educational media. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in knowledge after being given nutrition education using e-booklets and lectures. This study was conducted at SMAN 4 and SMAN 7 Banjarmasin in September 2022. This study was an experimental research with a quasi-experimental design with pre-test – post-test control group. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling technique, namely 64 overweight students divided into two groups, namely nutrition education with e-booklets accompanied by lectures and nutrition education with lectures only. The intervention was carried out 4 times in one month and each meeting took 55 minutes. Data on differences between pretest and posstest were analysed by paired T Test and data on differences between education groups were analysed by Independent T Test. Results, there were differences in pretest and posttest nutritional knowledge in groups given nutrition education with e-booklet media and lectures (p=0,000) and there are differences in groups given nutrition education with lectures only (p=0,001). There was a significant difference effect between the provision of nutrition education in both education groups (p=0,002). Based on Basic Health Research there was 20% of Indonesians suffered from obesity in 2018. The objective is to analyze changes in dietary fiber intake in adult obese in Bogor City. Methods: This research is conducted using secondary data from Risk-Factor of Non-Communicable Disease Bogor. The research design was prospective cohort. Total subjects were 138 subjects who were newly suffer from obesity in 2014 and 2016, and had normal BMI in baseline (2011 and 2012). Consumption data were collected using 24-hr recall and FFQ and were processed and analyzed using Nutri Survey, Microsoft excel and SPSS 23.0 version. Univariate analysis was used to see the characteristic of the subjects, while different test was using Wilcoxon test since the data are not distributed normally. Results,most subjects were women (77,5%) aged 35-44 years old. The mean of dietary fiber intake was at about 9,7 g in the beginning and it increased by 1,2 g. Despite the increment in the percentage of the people who consumed dietary fiber at about 58%, the mean was still under the recommendation (<25g) at 96,4%. Panelists said they liked the aroma and taste parameters of dried moringa noodles by adding moringa leaf extract using the pressing method. Adding garlic is needed to cover the aroma and taste because garlic has a distinctive and robust flavor component. The purpose was to improve the taste of dried moringa noodles by adding garlic extract. This experimental research was a completely randomized design. Dried moringa noodles were obtained by adding garlic extract concentrations of 0% (F0), 5%(F1), 10%(F2), and 15%(F3). The hedonic test used 30 untrained panelists with parameters of taste, aroma, color, and texture. The hedonic data were tested for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, followed by the ANOVA nova test. If there was a significant difference, continued by the Duncan test with 95% CI. The results of the hedonic test of dry moringa noodles with the addition of garlic extract for taste (p=0,000) showed panelists preferred dry moringa noodles F1 and aroma (p=0,113), color (p=0,104), and texture (p=0,081) there was no significant difference for the treatment of adding garlic extract. F1 dry moringa noodles are safe to use as a food ingredient and contain nutritional value. Thus, it will potentially increase the risk of obesity. This study aimed to analyze coffee consumption habits with added ingredients and their correlation with the incidence of obesity among female students in Semarang. The research design was cross-sectional, with 77 female students randomly selected. This study was conducted from March to April 2021 in Semarang. All data collection process was conducted online. Data on coffee consumption habits, the kind of added ingredients, and the number of allowances were obtained through questionnaires. Furthermore, the food intake data were obtained from the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), physical activity data from the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF), and anthropometric data through self-anthropometric measurement guided by the researcher. Data were analyzed by the Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression test at a 95% CI. There was a relationship between coffee consumption habits and obesity according to the body mass index (p= 0,014), waist circumference (p= 0,001), and waist-hip ratio (p= 0,001). The multivariate analysis showed that the frequent consumption of coffee with added ingredients was correlated with the incidence of abdominal obesity based on waist circumference and waist-hip circumference ratio. Creatine kinase (CK) and lactic acid are enzymes that are directly related to energy metabolism. This study aims to analyze the differences of soy tempeh milk and soy tempeh yogurt on fatigue indicators, namely CK levels and lactic acid in subjects induced by maximum exercise. The subjects of this study used experimental animals, namely white rats with a total sample of 28 rats. The dose of soy tempeh milk and soy tempeh yogurt given was 4,2 ml/BW of rats while the soy tempeh yogurt was given was 4,4 ml/BW, each containing 3 grams of tempeh. Blood samples were tested using the Elisa method and the results were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study showed significant changes in serum CK and lactic acid after being given the intervention of soy tempeh milk and tempeh yogurt (p<0,05). Soy tempeh milk and soybean tempeh yogurt significantly suppressed the increase in CK and lactic acid in rats induced by maximum exercise. Both provide protein containing BCAAs which are a source of energy during exercise. One of the efforts to prevent stunting is by providing assistance to pregnant women. Cadres as the spearhead of health workers who are near pregnant women and mothers with toddlers are expected to be able to monitor pregnant women and mothers with toddlers in efforts to prevent stunting. This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the performance of cadres in efforts to prevent stunting. The study used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with four key informants and focus group discussions . In-depth interviews were conducted with 4 health cadres, and a Focus Group Discussion involving the Leaders of Organization of regional apparatus for family planning affairs , District Bappeda, Village Government, Health Center and Nutrition service staff. The data is then processed through the content analysis method. The data is then reduced through a coding process, summarized and drilled into partitions or sections that focus on questions. The results of the study show that, until now there has been no specific program in the context of efforts to prevent stunting to be carried out by cadres, even though there are currently various types of cadres besides health cadres who are known to be at posyandu, there are also other cadres who formed for the prevention of stunting, however, the implementation of the tasks has not been maximized because there is no specific program that is used as a reference in carrying out the tasks. Adolescent girls who are anemic are at risk of becoming anemic women of childbearing age, then becoming anemic mothers who can experience chronic energy deficiency during pregnancy later. Red dragon fruit and moringa leaves are known to have a high level of vitamin C, rich in iron, and other bioactive compound. However, the potency of the combination between Hylocereus polyrhizus juice and Moringa Leaf Powder towards Hemoglobin level in Adolescent girls is still remain unknown. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of giving a mixture of hylocereus polyrhizus juice and Moringa leaf powder on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. A Quasy Experimental study was conducted in this study with two intervention groups and one control group. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 60 students especially adolescent girls from Senior High School 3 in Bengkulu City in May 2022. Statistical analysis using One Way Anova test and Bonferonni Post Hoc test. The objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between history of breastfeeding and history of infection with stunting in children living in rural areas who were between the ages of 6 and 24 months old. The research was conducted using a case control study, carried out in the working area of Puring Health Center in 2021 using a sample of 43 children aged 6-24 months taken by simple random sampling. The data were gathered through anthropometric measurements of child’s body length and mother’s height, questionnaire interviews for history of breastfeeding and infection, and the examination of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) book. The chi-square test and multiple logistic regression were utilized in the analysis that was carried out. The final results suggested that stunting was caused by gender (p= 0,032), mothers’s height (p= 0,032), and food parenting pattern aged 6-8 months (p= 0,026). Food parenting pattern aged 6-8 months was the most dominant factor associated with stunting (p=0,026 AOR 5,17 95% CI:1,22-21,95). The role of the father is a factor, one of which can affect the practice of breastfeeding where the role of the father can make the mother feel cared for, calm and this can facilitate milk production. This study aims to see the relationship between the factors of breastfeeding fathers on the practice of breastfeeding. Cross-sectional is a design used in this study which has a sample of 78 fathers who have toddlers taken by random sampling in the Mandonga District, the data obtained were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between father's knowledge and breastfeeding practice (p= 0,014), attitude variable and breastfeeding practice (p= 0,000) and there was no relationship between father's role and breastfeeding practice p= 0,485). In conclusion, the knowledge and attitudes of breastfeeding fathers are related to the practice of exclusive breastfeeding.
