To date, there needs to be more local studies on interventions that encourage positive and behavioral changes that can improve their understanding, knowledge, attitude, and practices toward environmental sustainability. Environmental education intervention is one of the approaches that can be implemented to achieve this goal. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of an environmental education intervention on environmental sustainability among youths. This study was a one-group quasi-experimental study. This study recruited two hundred youths, and the data was collected pre and post-intervention. Respondents in the intervention received an environmental education package (i.e., environmental-based education talk supported with pamphlets and small group discussions). The paired t-test was used to determine the differences between the pre and post-intervention. The study showed a statistically significant difference in pre and post-intervention in understanding, knowledge, attitude, and practices toward environmental sustainability (p < .005). This research applied a qualitative method with fifty informants from FTK-PTKIN in Aceh. The informants were determined purposefully: two deans, one head of the Department of Teacher Training and Education, six deputy deans, and forty-nine lecturers. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation, and the data were analyzed through three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study revealed that FTK-PTKIN lecturers in Aceh have high professional competence and good skills in using technology for teaching to welcome the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. There are five factors in assessing the IT capacity of information; security, financial support, legislative support, and commitment to the organization. Many variables affect the ability to support the five characteristics. The population of this study was all work units responsible for the local government's performance in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The sample was randomly selected to assess the effect of e-government in improving local government performance. Every year the work unit must report to the region. Regression analysis was employed in this study by using SEM-PLS software. The data showed that the variables of executive competence, financial Support, information security, legislative Support, and organizational commitment affected information capacity by 59.4%. The function of e-government in improving local government performance must be realized. For e-government to improve the performance of local governments, the two provincial/central governments must conduct socialization with local governments. The study also compared pupils’ socio-emotional, peer victimization, extracurricular achievements, academic performance, and career aspirations in three types of schools in Kuantan, Pahang. Data from three different schools were collected using a single cross-sectional with probability sampling design and analyzed using R programming. The result showed that pupils in girls’ schools performed better in mathematics and science than in boys’ and coeducational schools. Furthermore, pupils in boys’ schools were more interested in extracurricular activities than in coeducational schools. However, it was found that pupils in girls’ schools were more inspired to determine their future careers as compared to pupils in boys’ schools. Therefore, the study concluded that single-sex school was better regarding academic performance, career aspiration, peer victimization, and extracurricular activities. This article explained how in the online learning model, students could feel involved with all learning components even if they were not face-to-face while using the “deep listening” spiritual pedagogy approach. The practice of “deep listening” pedagogy was carried out on students in the General Basic Course lecture class, namely Religious Education, with 35 students. The goal was to encourage student engagement and the ability to connect with all components in the learning classroom. Data were collected through observation and implementation of “deep listening” practice through focus group discussion, then analyzed with a qualitative approach. As they are an irreplaceable stakeholder in tourism, they are generally moving towards an approach that involves them in participatory tourism activities. The basic understanding of local people in Mongolia about the impact of tourism, their distinguishing features, and the interrelationship between the effects aims to explain that local people are essential participants in tourism. The survey was conducted in 2021 using a random sampling method with four groups of 10 each and a total of 40 closed-ended questionnaires related to the TDA. A total of 4415 residents participated. As a result of the research, local people perceived the impact of economic, social, cultural, environmental, state, and administrative activities caused by the TDA differently as positive and negative, and these effects were found to be positively and strongly correlated. However, researchers have not studied the impact of consumer’s personal and social factors on purchasing counterfeit luxury products yet. The current study examines how consumers’ personal (face and public self-consciousness) and social factors (informative and normative suspective) influence their purchase intention towards counterfeit luxury products. Quantitative research methodology was used to measure consumers’ buying behavior of counterfeit luxury products by conducting an online survey of 254 consumers. The collected data were further analyzed by SPSS-28 and SMART-PLS 4 software. The findings indicate that social factors, such as informational susceptibility, strongly influence the purchase intention of counterfeit luxury products. Furthermore, consumer personal factors such as public self and face consciousness significantly influence fake luxury product purchasing intention. Unfortunately, despite the guarantee of safe employment, workplace harassment, violations of employment rights, and bullying continue to occur within organizations. This study investigated the relationships and pathways between workplace bullying and job burnout in insurance company employees. The study consisted of 189 employees. The data were collected using a sociodemographic data questionnaire, the Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised, and Maslach Burnout Inventory Scale. The model was tested using path analysis techniques within structural equation modeling. The analysis results demonstrated a strong positive correlation between workplace bullying and job burnout. The study revealed that assigning underperforming or impossible tasks, setting unachievable goals, and excessive workloads are indicators of workplace bullying. Hostile acts such as spreading rumors, speaking maliciously, ignoring someone intentionally, and teasing someone also contributed to diminished personal achievements and underperformance. Intimidation tactics, such as recalling mistakes or domineering behavior, also led to job burnout.
