The basis of this research is the impact and factors that influence the central performance of the State Elementary School Principals in North Sumatra Labuhan Batu Regency, especially the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, work motivation, and performance of the elementary school principal. This research is quantitative research with ex post facto research. The variables analyzed were not controlled and modified by the researcher, but the facts were revealed based on measuring the symptoms that have been owned or testing what will happen. The path analysis technique was used to investigate the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct and indirect effects between endogenous and exogenous factors. Research results indicated that the exogenous component that had more substantial direct effect on the principal’s work motivation was the innovative behavior of the principle, interpersonal communication abilities, and the relatively less influential variable was the school’s organizational culture. Research on an argumentative discourse of newspaper editorials is understudied. By using the sociocognitive theory of knowledge and opinion as the theoretical basis, this article aims to analyze the argumentative discourse constructed in “The 9/30 Tragedy” editorial published in The Jakarta Post and to discuss whether the arguments in the text constitute knowledge or solely opinions of the editorial team on the defunct Indonesian Communist Party (PKI). The eclectic research method used the pragma-dialectical model of argumentation supported by intertextuality and vocabulary analysis. The findings reveal that the editorial has a standpoint that the tragedy of September 30, 1965, has led the course of Indonesia’s history for the worst tragedy and that the argumentation is manifested in three stages: confrontational stage, argumentation stage, and concluding stage. Acting as the protagonist, the editorial team maneuvers strategically by quoting other voices and using an evaluative lexical repertoire to support their arguments criticizing Soeharto’s leadership legacy. This research endeavoured to establish a comprehensive user profile of Chinese private university students by examining their social media usage patterns. The purpose was to gain profound insights into the distinctive attributes of students in China’s private universities within the context of the current era characterised by extensive data availability. This study employed a questionnaire-based research approach to acquire a dataset consisting of 673 instances of social media usage among students enrolled in private universities in China. Subsequently, exploratory factor analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software, extracting five (5) categorical feature tags. Combined with the extracted feature tags and the usage status and perception dimension data, the K-means cluster analysis method was used to perform rapid clustering to derive four (4) differentiated groups comprising information exchange-oriented users, instrument-oriented users, dependent-oriented users and entertainment-oriented users. The method used in this study is qualitative with literature study. This research data source uses the Scopus database to identify research themes related to the EGDI for the 2003-2023 period, with a total of 240 article documents indexed by Scopus. Data analysis in the study used VOSviewer and NVivo 12plus to analyze the data and classify the research theme. The results showed that 2011 became the highest year in published Scopus-indexed articles. China is the country that has the highest contribution to research publications. Aii, Janowksi, Khawula, Khan, and Marthins were the main contributors to contributing publications. Then, the topics of electronic commerce, government data processing, government, e-government, and electronic health food became the highest frequency score for occurrences. The system is the most crucial topic in every research publication under the Theme of EGDI indexed by Scopus from 2003-2023. This study aimed to describe integrating technology park activities to promote sustainability in vocational schools, focusing on the Center of Excellence (CoE) model. This study used mixed methods. The study was conducted at 22 High Vocational Schools (HVS) in Aceh Province, and the subjects of the study were 22 principals, 22 teaching factory coordinators and 110 students. Data collection methods were qualitative and quantitative data analysis using observation, interviews and recording followed by data reduction, data display and conclusions. The study was expected to provide a strategic framework for the sustainable development of vocational schools within the technology park paradigm. Students differentiated skills and characters and HVS collaboration through Techno parks by identifying the curriculum enhancement. It is used for traditional Banjar rituals, such as weddings, bathing, and building erections. This research aimed to describe the importance of the Radap Rahayu dance for the Banjar people and its relation to their well-being and spirituality. This qualitative research used a theoretical framework established by Berger and Luckmann (1990). Through the social construction theory, the researchers explored how the Banjar people make sense of their culture and express their spirituality through art. The informants were determined using purposive sampling on 25 individuals, and data collection was conducted through observations and in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis and reviewed based on existing literature. The findings showed that the function and meaning of the Radap Rahayu dance, according to the Banjar people, are not merely an art performance but a vital ritual integrated into their daily lives. The researchers identified limbai movement, spiritual meaning, spiritual beings, and guardian crocodiles as domains of social construction. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and uses secondary data. Normative socio-juridical methods are also used to view and analyze the research data that has been collected. Data was collected through observations and interviews with traditional elders and members of traditional communities. The results showed that the legalization of Ulayat land greatly affected the pattern of land ownership in Manggarai and the change of entities from indigenous land to non-indigenous land that was initially jointly controlled or communal into individual rights due to the legalization or registration of land. Legalization of Ulayat land with a public dimension can only be done by measuring, mapping, and recording it in the land register. Meanwhile, Ulayat land with private dimensions can be issued a land certificate for individuals with a release mechanism from the customary leader to be used as state land. This legalization resulted in the depreciation of Ulayat land and the fading of customary bonds in Manggarai. However, considering that the various types of CSR policies that currently exist have not been able to be implemented optimally by corporations, CSR policies need to be evaluated for systematic improvement. This research aims to determine the challenges companies face and how CSR policies can meet the policy evaluation criteria in Dumai City. This research uses qualitative research methods that explore challenges and evaluate CSR policies. Data analysis was conducted through the Nvivo 12 Plus application, sourced from interviews with each actor in Dumai City. This research found that the challenges companies face in CSR policies include the lack of a clear framework, lack of transparency and accountability, and difficulty balancing economic considerations with long-term needs. This phenomenon has emerged as a crucial and pressing issue in adopting Islamic moral values among adolescents. This research endeavored to gauge the impact and correlation of adhering to Islamic moral vertical and horizontal values on adolescent behaviour. The study also indicated variations in adopting vertical and horizontal moral principles among male and female adolescents. The research centred on senior high school students residing in rural regions of the North District in Aceh province. Three hypotheses were formulated and analyzed through IMB-SPSS.22.0. Data from 136 students aged between 16-19 years were processed using instruments sourced from the Muslim Personality-Religiosity Inventory (MPRI), which comprised twenty indicators, and t-tests and r2 were conducted. The research indicated a significant correlation and Influence between Islamic moral vertical and horizontal values and adolescent behavior. Furthermore, the study discovered that male and female students embrace vertical and horizontal moral values differently at a significant level. This finding confirmed that adopting Islamic moral values shapes students' conduct.
